Location!, Everything within walking distance! Perfection!

Pros: Raoni welcomed us to an apartment with the most amazing view anyone can wish for. We were a family of 7 and the apartment had plenty of space for more guests. The apartment was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need during your stay. Its location was perfect, with many bars, restaurant and landmarks within walking distance. There is also a 24hrs supermarket just around the corner to buy groceries and everything you need. Waking up overlooking the grandeur and magnificence of the Colosseum was a dream come true. What else can you ask for? I hope to come back!

Pros: Vue époustouflante, dans un immeuble ancien magnifique. Appartement rénové avec de beaux matériaux

Cons: Une des chambres est en réalité un couloir aménagé, une autre n’a pas de fenêtre et celle à l’étage a un plafond très bas. Mais surtout, insonorisation à revoir. Nous avons été menacés d’appel à la Police dès le 1 er soir, à 21 heures alors que nous faisions que discuter entre amis, sans musique. Cela a en partie gâché le séjour.

Pros: Ubicación increíble. La casa está impecable. Muy comoda. Una estancia en familia de 9 para recordar toda la vida

Cons: Almohadas muy blandas. El aire acondicionado falla a veces y hay que quitar la luz para reiniciarlos. La altura de la planta de arriba es de 2 metros

We loved walking distance stay in modern apartment in midst of many of Rome’s ancient treasures.

Pros: Excellent location, clear communication, property manager/host greeted on arrival and was available as needed. Great experience, lovely apartment.
