Pros: What an absolutely wonderful apartment. Very compact but utterly superb and well designed apartment

Cons: Low kitchen cupboard that i kept on banging my head on, but i am 188cm tall

Pros: Hi. Amazing location – the Colosseum is just around the corner. A special thanks to Emerson, who met us personally and explained everything – where to find a good restaurant, a grocery store, and even mapped out a full tourist route for us. I’m very satisfied with this stay – it was definitely a great choice of apartment. I highly recommend it.

Compact Room in Rome

Pros: Great location, easy to get everywhere. Staff were extremely helpful and responded fast Bed comfy. Air-conditioning was great. Everything worked well.

Cons: Unfortunately it was just a bit too small for us. The photos are a bit misleading. Having said that, it was immaculate and had everything you need. I would definitely use these guys again, but in one of their other properties.

Clean, cosy and close

Pros: Super small but it’s all that I needed and was clean and comfortable :)

Cons: You wouldn’t want to be a larger sized person, I’m very small so it was fine for me but everything is tiny.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Ancient rome.

Pros: The owner Federico was replying exceptionally quickly with all the information we required. Apartment itself was small, but we knew that from the photos. The Kitchenette was very well furnished and it had everything we needed, the same thing goes for the bathroom and cozy bed with cleverly located TV. The location itself was not as good as I presumed (it is relatively close to Termini station and of course the closest apartment to Colosseum, but 2/3rds of the historical buildings is 40+ minutes away), on the other hand there are shops and good restaurants around the place. Very nice thing was free Netflix in the TV, which you can enjoy from the bed, not to mention one of the best Chianti I have ever tasted as a present :)

Cons: The apartment really deserves more light sources, in the evening it was little bit depressing to enjoy the time in the lower part of the apartment. If possible the space under the stairs might be also utilized, but otherwise I think the owner did a pretty good job.

Loved the place, I would definitely look for it if I go back to Rome

Pros: I loved this place! Location - magnificent! Cleanliness - excellent! We had even a compliment bottle of wine 😍The room was full of art which I loved.

Cons: It is quite tiny, so it might be a bit uncomfortable for bigger people to move around it and use the shower. The dining table and the space around it were also quite tiny and not very comfortable. Despite that, it’s a great place to stay (we did not eat in anyway)

Pros: The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and the apartment had the added bonus of a coffee machine downstairs. A complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Staff were very welcoming, and it was great having the bag storage round the corner. Lots of great local restaurants are very close by. Overall, it was a great location for a fab 5 days in Roma!

Colosseo around the corner😊

Pros: Super close to the Colosseo!!! We were met by a lovely gentleman who let us in, gave us loads of info and we received a complimentary bottle of red which was great! The bathroom was a bit small to even move around but all the facilities were available. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect!

Pros: Lovely little apartment with amazing decor! 5 min walking from the coliseum. The little touch of the bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome drink it was very nice! And that wine was very tasty 😋
