Perfect for a few days in Rome.

Pros: Lovely flat for a couple when visiting Rome! The place has all you need for a few days, is well furnished and tastefully decorated. The place is furnished with coffee (espresso machine), sugar, oil, vinegar, soap & shower gel and has a full list of of amnesties around. It's close to buses (3 mn walk) and a metro station (5 mn walk) that gets you directly to central locations (Colosseum and other historical sites) as well as any main stations if you travel by trains. It has a little supermarket around the corner and a few great restaurants in the streets and piazza around the flat. Lorenzo is an exceptional host, he provided us with an extensive list of info before we arrived, how to check in, how to get to the flat from multiple locations (train stations, airport etc ..) and was always available if we had a question. Thank you so so much for this beautiful and convenient stay in Rome! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Cons: Nothing, if anything the pictures don't do justice to the place. It was such a pleasant surprise.

Great appartment to stay in Rome, close to the center

Pros: We stay in the appartment 3 nights, and really liked it. It has all necessary equipment for short stay, there is even few Italian recepies carda on the walls :) Location is really good it is only 3,5 km. From Colloseum walking distance (i liked it as we walked a lot), and metro station is also close. There are several mini markets close to the appartment so you can easily find food or other necessary things

I recommend!

Pros: Cosy and clean place! The apartment is in a great location, 5 minutes from the metro, and about 15-20minutes from the city centre. The host is very kind and alway helpful. Also there were no problem to late check in. A great price for an affordable location and a clean and equipped apartment.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Lorenzo is an incredible host, he made sure we were aware we could message him for absolutely anything. Even recommended some local restaurants which were incredible! The apartment is very cozy, feels like a home away from home. The area is reasonably close to Rome, we walked to the city everyday and took about 25-30 minutes (the walk is gorgeous, I would recommend walking over catching the train). The place was clean and fully equipped with heating, toiletries and kitchen utensils. Will definitely be coming back. I could not recommend La Casa dell’Appio enough! Be sure to stay here if you’re looking for cozy accomodation out of the hustle and bustle of Rome. 😁😁😁

Cons: Nothing, the property is incredible!

I'm coming again

Pros: Outstanding location. 4 minutes from metro station. Host bought a new heater when I found the room bit colder than expected. Arranged a taxi on departure at very short notice

Cons: A washing machine. But no harm. A laundromat that works 8 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday is 3 mins away.

Nice and lovely experience

Pros: Generally, it's a really good place to stay. Clean, tidy, comfortable and the host Lorenzo is welcoming and pleasant. Definitely a place to come back.

Cons: It was a bit far from the city centre. And we had to use metro everytime we wanted to visit the city. But it was still a good experience.

Pros: Nice bedroom, comfy bed, clean bathroom, apartment sufficient for two people for a few days stay.

Cons: I the kitchen there was only one spoon, so my husband had to wait until I ate my soup to eat his meal. The small oven left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. People sensitive to noise may have a problem because the apartment is low and you can hear everything from the street and noise from your neighbors.

Pros: The accommodation is in a very good location, close to public transport. Nearby there is an authentic local market, excellent places for breakfast and dinner. The apartment is very clean, tidy and excellently equipped. The host is very responsive, helpful, and responds very quickly to questions and needs. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend their stay in Rome relatively close to the city center in the middle of an unadulterated Italian feeling of life!

Pros: Beautiful, clean and well fitted apartment very close to the center. In the apartment you can find everything you need for a relaxing stay in Rome (including an espresso machine 😉). Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
