A very pleasant stay with a very good location!!

Pros: It was a very pleasant stay. The owner waited for us and gave good directions and recommendations for a parking slot. The apartment had all necessities and also some goodies, we were positively surprised. The location was very good as usually it's recommended to travel with local transportation in Rome and right outside a few steps there was a bus station directly going to the city. Although we stayed only for a night, it felt very good and we would book it again!

Cons: The only thing would be that we only stayed a night and not more :-)

Pros: Great apartment located in a nice neighbourhood. Plenty of stores, restaurants and cafes nearby. 5 min walk to Metro and in walkable distance to the city center with nice architecture.

Pros: What we liked the most about the property is its cleanliness and orderliness..You will not regret the money you paid because you will rest with tranquility and peace.

Pros: The apartment is excellent – very well equipped with all necessary amenities. The location is outstanding, just a five-minute walk from the metro station, with a café, supermarket, and restaurant located nearby. The host is extremely accommodating; he accepted our luggage even before the official check-in time and was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment features a large bedroom, another smaller bedroom with its own bathroom, an additional spacious bathroom, and a comfortable living room connected to a kitchen. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Pros: Very spacious, cozy and clean appartements. Great location – store on another side of the road. Bus to Colosseum just few meters from this place. Metro and train station in 10-15 minutes walking. We were also allowed to make early check-in and leave our bags. Owner was very nice and helpful.

Wonderful Apartment for Your Roman Holiday

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was incredibly comfortable, with beds that provided great rest and soft clean duvets. The entire place was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was impressive. The location is excellent, just 5 min walk to the metro station and surrounded by charming local shops, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with the owner was outstanding—very responsive and accommodating. We were delighted to find a thoughtful welcome gift and chilled water waiting for us in the fridge, which added a special touch to our arrival. We also requested a baby cot, and everything we needed was perfectly provided. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully managed stay.

Cons: For those travelling with a buggy, it's good to note that there are a few steps in the building before reaching the lift. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it's something to be aware of.

Pros: Friendly home owner, the apartment looks very nice and fresh. A bottle of wine and water was a pleasant surprise. In recent years of my travels, one of the best apartments.

Pros: Fantastic Appartement, totaly new, on top location.20 min with Bus nr.87 to all sites,and city center. Owner were lovely, they thought of all small things you need for vacation, coffee,tee,vine...sweets for kids. Absolutely gorgeous!

Pros: The hosts were so accomodation and friendly. The apartment was really lovely and conveniently located for easy access into central Rome.
