Good quality and convenient location. Friendly host😊

Pros: Good location, clean and well equipped. Host was very helpful and responding. There was even welcome cake, water and Prosecco on arrival. There were basic supplies in a kitchen like coffee and tea, salt, oil etc. We arrived late night during holidays but that was not an issue. Grocery shops, pizza places and restaurants are near by. Bed was good, we slept well. We were allowed to check out late.😊

Cons: During winter time floor may be little cold depending on your expectations. So take pair of slippers and warm socks in winter for indoor comfort.

Good place, has everything you need for long stay.

Pros: A good place for a long stay. It has everything you need and everything works. Inside of the apartment there is a huge map with all main attractions. Metro 10 min, bus 2 min. The host was pleasant and provided all the necessary instructions. We liked it overall!

Cons: - Washing machine is very loud, be prepared for loud noises and use it before 10 pm (after 10 pm it’s quiet time). - Parking gate is also noisy, it can be disturbing but it didn’t bother us too much.

Pros: The apartment exceeded my expectations, it was even nicer and bigger than in the photos, clean, well and modernly equipped, in a nice environment. I must highlight the very nice welcome by the host, excellent communication and willingness to help at any time.

Cons: The kitchen is quite dark and neighbors were noisy sometimes, but nothing that would spoil the experience of the stay.

Would visit again

Pros: Apartmán je opravdu, velký a skvěle vybaven. Super dostupnost do centra města. Opravdu se nám líbilo..

Pros: Appartement très bien équipé, L’emplacement, un quartier calme . Bus628, 87 et métro (ligne orange)à 5 minutes à pied .

Cons: La copropriété doit faire quelque chose pour la porte de garage de la résidence qui grince ( la chambre est au dessus) à tout heure les voitures sortent et entrent … bruit terrible

Minunat de repetat aceasta experienta

Pros: Bucataria foarte bine dotata,camera spatioasa,la fel si baia. .Curatenie si miros frumos in apartament.Gazda a fost de mare ajutor!

Cons: Totul a fost ok

Pros: Nagyon tetszett a szállás illetve ahogyan megvolt csinálva. Szép biztonságos házban modern felszerelés, nagyon szép tiszta és kényelmes. Mindenkinek bátran ajánlom

Cons: Kicsit messze van a várostól kb egy 35 perc. Metró illetve Vonat állomás kb 15-20 perc séta

EXCELENT! Un oraș încărcat de istorie și spiritualitate.

Pros: Absolut tot.Managerul proprietății s-a dovedit receptiv în detaliu,la toate nevoile clienților săi;confort,curățenie,comunicare,un ambient foarte plăcut și modern.Acest apartament ne-a depășit așteptările și ne-am simțit ca acasă.Și zona este liniștită,iar mijloacele de transport spre centrul Romei sunt foarte aproape.Autobuzul 87 se ia din stația BACCARINI[PAPI],iar la cca 10minute de mers pe jos,se află si o stație de metrou spre cele mai importante obiective turistice din Roma.Dacă vom reveni la Roma,ne vom caza cu siguranță tot aici.

Logement spacieux et complet à peu de distance en transports du centre ville

Pros: L'appartement est très confortable, très bien équipé, et le centre de Rome facilement accessible en métro ou en bus : la ligne 87 passe quasiment au pied de l'immeuble et va jusqu'à la Piazza Navona et au-delà. Très bons restaurants à proximité du logement. Les hôtes sont attentionnés, à l'écoute et réactifs.
