I could stay here again :)
Pros: The location is great! With Metro next block and bus stop just around the corner - Line 70 will take you all through the city, up to Venice Square. 10 minutes walk from Vatican directly to Porta Angelica. Comfortable beds. Lots of fresh towels. Wifi working great! You can find convenience stores nearby and make some basic groceries. Also some restaurants - but for those pick carefully. Awesome hairdryer, that saved us during rainy days along with HOT radiators. Apartment located at ground/first floor - easy to acces with app-key. Also with elevator for wheelchairs directly at main door helping to acces apartments for disabled guest. What's important neighbourhood safe at night - without any worries you can walk to pub or restaurant after dark.
Cons: Place with great potential. Operator with a small effort, care and investment could upgrade quality of location a lot. Place could use refreshing and painting walls. Appart of the capsule coffee machine, I missed a small kettle to make warm tea. The riddle was the light switch connected to the socket, which caused the TV to turn off when the light was turned off. These all are just minor issues that don't detract from the stay, but fixing them would significantly improve the overall impression of this wonderful place.

Pros: The apartment was great for a family, the host and the manager are easy to talk to. We enjoyed our stay as the apartment is very spacious, clean, and there was also a smart tv.
Cons: The bathroom’s drainage filter was full of hair, we had to remove it since the hair is clogging the water.

Pros: For the price, location and what you get it is a very good apartment. Comfortable, heating for winter was good. Location was prime. Easy to communicate with.
Cons: We had a minor issue but they replied and resolved it as soon as we messaged them there customer service was very good. I see some bad reviews regarding some things but if you take in to consideration the location and price you can't complain it's a great deal.

Loved it
Pros: Amazing apartment. Not quite in the center but very near to the vatican an to the subway. Apartment has a wonderfull terrace and large rooms. Just one bathroom but we knew that. Host always very kind when we asked for help and the self check in worked well.
Cons: Maybe some chairs in the terrace would be nice to have.

Pros: Korzystna lokalizacja, kilka minut wolnym krokiem do stacji metra, przystanek autobusowy 15 m od wyjścia z budynku, w pobliżu dużo barów, kilka restauracji. Wygodne łóżka. Kuchnia wyposażona dobrze, można bez problemu zrobić śniadanie, lub ugotować coś na obiad. Gospodyni - Marzia - bardzo pomocna i miła. Dziękujemy!
Cons: W piątek i w sobotę w nocy (godzina 1:00 - 2:00) słychać towarzystwo wychodzące z pobliskich barów. W tygodniu jest spokojnie. (Mieszkanie znajduje się na parterze, od strony ulicy).

Polecam Apartament.
Pros: Apartament bardzo blisko Placu Św. Piotra. Metro w odległości 200 m od apartamentu. 40 m od Apartamentu pyszna włoska pizza. Było wszystko co trzeba.
Cons: mały problem z gniazdkami elektrycznymi.... niektóre wypadały

A due passi da San Pietro, a quattro dallo stadio olimpico
Pros: La struttura è vicino alla metro Ottaviano, quindi strategica per raggiungere San Pietro e lo stadio olimpico. Ha tre grandi camere matrimoniali con tv a schermo piatto, un cucinotto dotato di macchina del caffè con capsule e un gradevole terrazzino su corte interna. Il check-in si effettua in autonomia tramite telefono con connessione internet, ma c’è comunque un contatto da chiamare in caso di necessità.
Cons: Qualche difficoltà nel trovare l’appartamento poiché non è segnalato nè nel campanello del palazzo e né nel pianerottolo interno.

Pros: Casa ben posizionata, facile accesso e molto comoda se si deve andare al Vaticano o allo stadio. Abbiamo trovato la casa già con l'aria condizionata accesa, top. Molto bello anche il terrazzino.
Cons: Forse non le abbiamo trovate noi, ma non c'erano luci per illuminare il terrazzino di sera
