Pros: A great, spacious and quiet apartment. It has lots of character and soul and is located in a tremendous building with a big patio. It has high ceilings. There's a nice Nespresso machine and cups for you to enjoy in the morning. We highly recommend it.

Cons: Some parts, like one of the bathrooms and the kitchen, may need renovation in time. It's not that urgent, but it's still something to consider. The heating system wasn't that obvious to figure out, but we didn't need it (mid-February).

Great place, super host!

Pros: The location is great for our main purpose - Stadio Olimpico (30-35 mins walking). But it is also very close to Vatican, Castel S'Angelo. Big, clean, spacy property with 2 bathrooms, well heated. Fillippo is an excellent host, sent us some good places around, and was always there when we need him. Highly recommend! Thank you, Filippo!

Cons: No such thing. We have been there in January (with non stop raining), so the thing we missed is hot water kettle and tea.

A perfect apartment for a few days in Rome.

Pros: This is such a lovely property. The location is perfect for a slightly quieter stay in Rome while still being easy to access the main tourists sites. The apartment is warm, comfortable, quiet and provided us with the perfect base for a week of exploring. Filippo is a wonderful host and provided us with lots of information on the local area. He is only a quick message away if you need anything and responds pretty much immediately.

Cons: There isn’t a kettle at the property or a toaster. Absolutely not deal breakers for us but might be necessary for some. You can get boiling water through the coffee pod machine.

Pros: Nos encantó , súper cómodo todo. El anfitrión nos recibió súper bien y nos esperó hasta tarde que llegó nuestro vuelo . Nos tuvo que cobrar un extra por nocturnidad pero súper atento en tos . La ubicación es excelente y el barrio súper seguro

Pros: Lo mejor es la buena atención de Filippo, todo super limpio y muchísima flexibilidad

Cons: Dormimos un viernes por la noche y enfrente hay unas escaleras que había unos críos haciendo botellon y hablando durante toda la noche. Horroroso. Pero no es cosa del alojamiento, es algo puntual que nos pasó. De verdad que el alojamiento está de 10!!!

Pros: Filippo fue un anfitrión muy amable, el piso era muy amplio y estaba muy bien ubicado.

Cons: En las habitaciones de la parte de atrás había bastante ruido porque se hacía botellón en la calle por las noches.

Molto bello. Ci tornerò.

Pros: Posizione eccellente, appartamento davvero bello e pulito. Il proprietario gentilissimo e accogliente. Il quartiere è davvero molto bello e tranquillo. Sono sicuro che ci andrò di nuovo.

Cons: L'unica pecca è che i bagni erano senza chiavi, e per molti potrebbe essere un problema. Inoltre l'appartamento è sprovvisto di aria climatizzata ma in ogni stanza c'è un ventilatore.
