Very pleasant, comfortable apartment close to transport links into Rome city centre.

Pros: Everything about this property deserves more than full marks. Starting with the host Luca, who was friendly and extremely helpful, to the cleanliness, presentation and comfort of the apartment and the location close to both bus services and the metro. It is a perfect apartment to use as a home from home whilst exploring Rome.

Cons: Everything was perfect. No dislikes.

Pros: Luca, notre hôte, nous a réservé un accueil exceptionnel. Très disponible, le dialogue avec lui, avant et durant notre séjour était parfait. Il a pris le temps de nous recevoir. De nous expliquer tous les détails relatifs à notre logement et au quartier mais également les possibilités de visites, transport, de restaurants, sites touristiques, ... Il s'agit d'un logement en parfait état dans un quartier très calme mais également très agréable car beaucoup de restaurants, magasins d'alimentation et commerces divers. Situé à quelques pas du métro ou d'une des lignes principales de bus, l'appartement était extrêmement propre, spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé (climatisation, volets aux fenêtres, machine et capsules à café, tv, ...) La literie était d'excellente qualité. Une adresse parfaite à recommander sans hésitation.

Piccobello fantastisch!

Pros: Zeer proper, netjes alles voorhanden. Heerlijke bedden, alles is voorzien. Luca is een zeer toffe gastheer die alles doet om het naar je zin te maken! Hij maakt een plannetje met de dingen in de buurt en voorziet zelfs in je eigen moedertaal een lijst van must see in Rome! De douche is heerlijk en alles is kraaknet! Als ik terug naar Rome zou gaan zal ik zeker terugkomen! Ook de buurt is tof, we aten er vlakbij lekkere pinsa, er is een lekkere groentenmarkt op 5 min lopen en een supermarkt over de deur. De metro is 10 min wandelen, je bent binnen de 15 min in het centrum.

Cons: 1 minpuntje is dat het nogal dunne muren zijn. Dus een stoel bij de buren hoor je verschuiven. Maar ons stoorde dat niet echt.

Pros: El alojamiento era tal cual se ve en las fotos. El anfitrión fue muy amable. Estaba muy limpio y nos explicó todo en nuestro idioma y en inglés.

Cons: En nuestro caso las camas no eran muy cómodas porque los colchones son un poco duros, pero sí os gustan así serán perfectos.

Pros: Clean, closeby super nice restaurants and cafe, a breeze to get in and out of the Aurelian walls of Rome, Luca was a super nice host, communication was 10/10 !

Cons: Whistling water pipe noise being up on the 8th floor. Either an aerator or else but it seems like a super easy fix
