Liked the apartment and it's location.

Pros: Excellent location for communication to city centre. Peaceful at rest time and night.

Cons: Hot water reaching the apartment was a bit slow.

Highly recommend this place due to the perfect location and outstanding hospitality!

Pros: he location was fantastic—super close to the metro, which made getting to all the main attractions in Rome effortless. The host was truly wonderful: incredibly kind, very quick to respond, and extremely helpful. The apartment itself was also spotlessly clean.

Cons: The furniture and appliances are a bit older, though everything functioned fine. Just a quick heads-up for future guests: the apartment entrance requires you to go down a small staircase, which might be a little tricky with a baby stroller.

Close to everything, even parkrun.

Pros: Perfect location, a few stops away from Rome Termini, very easy to get to Rome center and all its tourist attraction. A 1km walk from Caffarella parkrun. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Even a guided video was provided to find the apartment was provided. Fast communication, nothing was left unanswered. Couldn't ask for more.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Pros: Flexible check-in, clean and spacious apartment in quiet neighborhood with metro station close-by. Aircon in bedroom and living room.

Cons: Thin walls, could hear upstairs neighbours in the night. The mattress was hard.

Summing up all the pros and cons - I recommend it.

Pros: The location is great. Close to a market with fresh products straight from Italian producers. Near the metro and buses, with quick access to the city center. Several shops, bars, and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is fairly quiet (solely for the renter) and adequately equipped with everything you need. A big plus is the washing machine and air conditioning in both rooms. It's equipped with a TV and fast WiFi. It's in a closed and guarded community, beautifully maintained with cleanliness and greenery (e.g., an orange tree with oranges). A big plus was the self-check-in option - it makes accessing the apartment very convenient. Overall, I recommend it, but before making a decision, it's important to familiarize yourself with what I didn't like, so you're not surprised.

Cons: Please do not take this as criticism or flaws - it's simply information that some people may find important and could affect their overall assessment. The apartment is located on the minus one level (basement). There were windows in both rooms, but they only offered views of pedestrians' legs and parked cars along the street. A small positive was that one window faced a closed-off part of a small garden, so there were no passersby. The windows had insect screens and protection from outside elements, which was also a small positive. All of this makes the apartment quite dark and even somewhat gloomy for us. We are used to views and space from higher floors. To access the apartment, you had to go down a few stairs, which could be inconvenient for people with mobility issues or those carrying large, heavy luggage. One advantage of this type of apartment is that it stays cool during hot weather. There was a bit of humidity noticeable, but the air conditioners managed it well. In summary, for people who don't mind a basement-type apartment, I can recommend it.

Pros: Location with 10 min tram from terminal station, Space and kindest host and spacious kitchen

Cons: The shower room has no door. So if you take a shower the water will spill out. They need to put a door to the bathroom and shower cabin. And also we had some issues with dust in the air conditioner but fortunately, it was solved within a day by the host. The accommodation had a few issues but it was solved within a day. Hope she will also take care of the shower cabin door.

Pros: Excellent guidance and instructions on how to access the small apartment - no problem in self-check-in even when arriving after 2am at night. Clean, basement apartment, fully kitted with everything needed for a short stay and with welcoming air-conditioning. Close to the metro, to local restaurants and to handy grocery-shopping nearby. Host Ely was exemplary in her swift response to messages and was flexible around my payment method when I faced some credit-card issues.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect - the apartment is not right in the centre of tourist Rome, but in quieter mid-suburbs with easy access by metro, but this didn't cause me any issues.

Good One

Pros: The facilities work properly design, proper and close to the metro station, the ease check in and communication.

Cons: We couldn't see the sun, since the house located in the basement, but it was quite and generally a really good place to stay at.
