Francesco Romestay - Termini

Excellent location and a wonderful host.

Pros: I really liked both the location and the owner of the hotel. So, two pieces of advice: The hotel is perfect for those arriving by bus to Termini, because it’s located right across the street from the bus stop — you just need to cross the road. Make sure to meet Francesco as soon as possible. He’ll recommend great nearby places where the food is delicious and reasonably priced. I especially loved the coffee bar, where they made incredible coffee. And the location is great because right across the street, inside Termini, there’s an excellent restaurant area called Mercato Centrale, where you can always have a nice meal.

Cons: The absence of a TV in the room and the thin walls in the rooms. Excellent location and a wonderful host.

Unbeatable location, good value stay near Rome Termini

Pros: Francesco is a very friendly host. The location is absolutely perfect, exceedingly close to termini.

Cons: The fridge was a bit small for the number of guests staying.

Nice stay for good price

Pros: Unique old building, very good location, 15-20min walk to the main monuments, 2min walk to centre bus, trains and metro station

Cons: Very loud, windows to the busy street

Pros: the location and the hospitality and help was outstanding.

Cons: unfortunately the two days we stayed there were major roadworks at night which made it very noisy and difficult to sleep

Pros: Right next to Termini Train Station. (Centralized with all forms of transportation). Great AC. Host was nice and informative.

Cons: Kitchen is a shared kitchen. Not made very clear on booking info.

Amazing hostel with everything you need. The location is convenient but a bit rough.

Pros: Very clean and nice staff. Good AC. In terms of the actual facility, there were no problems. Worth the price for 2 students. Convenient check out. Close to metro line.

Cons: The Termini station is a bit sketchy at night. Nothing happened but you sometimes felt a bit uneasy. Also, a substantial amount of trash and graffiti near the hotel.

Pros: It was clean, everything was working properly (A/C, shower, cooker etc), towels were changed, the owner had provided us with the map of Rome, points for visiting and friendly recommendations, he was always helpful and friendly to us, even when we needed something, like iron - he always got it for us, so couldn’t be more happier with it! Also the place is in the great location especially for tourists and travelers, near the Metro and Train Station, also all the sights are maximum 30 minutes on foot, which is really handy! Thank you to Francesco for providing such excellent accommodation 😍

Pros: The host offered great support. I had several hiccups in my trip and Francesco's courtesy saved the day. It was very easy to communicate and he accommodated for few changes in plans . He also gave very good advice about moving around in Rome. The accommodation is basic but clean, functional, and welcoming. The location is extremely convenient being close to Termini station, to the stop of buses to/from Fiumicino airport and to/from Tiburtina station.
