Location was good.
Pros: The apartment had everything and more than we needed, the host was attentive and easy to get hold of. The apartment was also in good Walking distance to the main train station, bus stops and mini market. Good value for money
Cons: The area outside the apartment blocks on the street had an awful smell. Groups of men hanging around at night so probably being a solo female wouldn't of felt comfortable but once inside the apartment felt safe. WiFi could of been a bit better. Wouldn't put me off returning.

Very pleasant apartament and stay in Rome!
Pros: Our stay was very enjoyable – the location is excellent, just 3 minutes from Termini station and about a 30-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and other major attractions. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay in Rome. Communication with the host was very good, and we can definitely recommend this place.
Cons: One small downside was the lack of a working TV, but this wasn’t really a problem – after all, you don’t come to Rome to sit and watch television!

Квартира соответствует фото,просторно.Кухня хорошая,были кофе,чай.Санузел хороший.Света мало из-за реставрационных работ
Pros: Понравились близость к центральному вокзалу Термини,с него нам надо было уезжать,до некоторых достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком или несколько остановок на метро
Cons: Квартира соответствовала фото как на букинге,комнаты просторные,было кофе и чай

Pros: Emplacement exceptionnel. On a pu visiter tous les monuments à pied. La gare est a 50 mètres, le marché a 200m et le parking pour la voiture aussi
Cons: Attention a la douche un peu glissante mais on s'habitue 😁

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien para cuatro personas. Las dos habitaciones son muy amplias y con unas camas muy cómodas. Es verdad que un día nos falló internet y por la noche nos despertaron los ruidos de los camiones que limpiaban las calles pero nada importante. La comunicación con el propietario es muy buena y te resuelve cualquier duda cosa que se agradece mucho y la calefacción era muy buena. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Pros: Alloggio accogliente comodo alla metropolitana e alla stazione Termini. Rapido ed efficace lo scambio di informazioni e comunicazioni con la proprietaria.
Cons: L' ascensore e le scale hanno bisogno di un po' di restyling

Pros: close to Termini station (train and sub), to shopping and eating possibilities equipped kitchen (we used just fridge), coffee A/C
Cons: surrounding streets are not the best... apartment located on the 5th floor, elevator is a bit tricky and limited for 2 persons

Appartamento carino, ben arredato, corredato di qualunque cosa, spazioso, gestore disponibilissimo.
Pros: Appartamento ristrutturato in modo evidente, fornito di tutto (cucina corredata di tutto il necessario, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, maccchina caffè espresso, moka e bollitore), camere ampie, massima disponibilità dell'host a soddisfare le mie richieste anche in ora tarda. Arredato con buon gusto.
Cons: La zona è quella della stazione, ha la comodità di essere vicino alla stazione (raggiungibile in due minuti) ma anche i difetti tipici delle zone intorno alle stazioni, comunque pensavo peggio.
