Amazing host and very centric.

Pros: It’s very near Manzoni Station and Termini, host was great, as he did not had more guests the next day it allow us to stay for a lot latter the checkout time. The flat is warm and super huge.

Cons: It was a bit noisy for the trains but you you get used to quick, bring earplugs!. Do not go straight from Termini to the apartment through Via Giolitti, use the nearby streets they feel more safe at night.

Pros: The location was closer to all the public transport and restaurants. Also Colosseum in walking distance.

Cons: The beds could have been better. The old mattress has a bend and caused me a back pain.

Pros: Loved the location and how close it was to the train station.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Pros: The location is a huge plus—conveniently close to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, offering clear instructions for check-in and always available for any questions. It's a bit on the noisy side, mainly over the weekend.. but still, we were able to sleep well at night.

A comfortable and memorable family stay in the heart of Rome.

Pros: The property was clean, spacious, and perfectly located—just a short walk from major attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was ideal for a family trip.

Great Experience

Pros: Great location.. only 10 minute walk from Termini train station and within distance of the major sightseeing points in Rome.. spacious with all facilities needed available .. great value considering we were five people.. the owner Mr Giordano was very helpful, allowing us to come to the property an hour earlier than scheduled as our flight arrived early.. he was available and responsive to all our questions and requests.. took us a while to work out how to work the WiFi and hot water boiler, but Mr Giordano was very patient and helpful with guiding us, and once sorted there were no issues..

Cons: Nothing! We had a great time and great holiday!

Giordi is super host, we liked his services a lot.

Pros: Finding accommodation is very easy, just follow the tracks from the station. I particularly appreciate the active approach of the host. When we managed to blow the fuses, he responded immediately and arrived within a few minutes and solved everything to our satisfaction. I also appreciate his very good English, so communication was very easy compared to other accommodations in Italy. The place is very close to the station, the supermarket is around the corner and the main monuments and points of interest are within walking distance (only the Vatican is a little further away).

Cons: It is conveniently close to the main train station, which can also be a partial disadvantage, as the traffic on the track brings a bit of noise, so if you require complete peace and quiet, it is not exactly the optimal location. On the other hand, given how lively it is in Italy, the noise certainly does not exceed the usual standard and we slept very well. It is an apartment in an old building, so it is not super modern, in some places you can see that it has been used for some time, but everything was clean and completely functional, so given the location I consider the price and comfort to be appropriate. Since we like light, I consider the shutters on the windows facing the street, which cannot be opened, to be a minor drawback, hence it is necessary to have light on during whole day. On the other hand, in summer, users will certainly appreciate the shade and lower temperature. Next time we are in Rome, we will gladly return to the same place.

Pros: Przestronne mieszkanie, wygodne dla 5 osób., w pełni wyposażone. Położone blisko dwóch stacji metra : Manzoni i Vittorio Emanuele. W pobliżu duży market i kawiarnie, restauracje także z opcją gluten free, co było dla nas ważne..Pozytywem był fakt, że w wiele miejsc można dojść pieszo.

Cons: Klatka schowa nie odnowiona, co na wejściu nie robi dobrego wrażenia, ale nie było żadnych problemów z sąsiedztwem.

Pros: La gentilezza del padrone locale, perfetto per famiglia e non,vicino alla stazione e al Colosseo ,e ad altri monumenti che dire meglio di così mi sa che non si poteva

Pros: Quedamos encantados con el apartamento,está muy bien situado , habitaciónes amplias con todas las comodidades.😘
