A great stay in a perfect location for exploring the city.

Pros: The property is in a great location, right next to Termini Station. All within walking distance to main attractions. Also very accessible to public transport such as metro, trams and buses.

Cons: The water pressure was slightly low and the shower tray would overflow due to the drain.

Pros: We had an excellent 3 nights staying here. Made to feel very welcome by the host. Very modern facilities and the room was super comfortable. I would like to address 2 points I've seen previously written in past reviews. Firstly, many have said that access to the guest house was difficult. I can assure anyone wanting to stay here that if you are able to follow basic instructions you will be fine. We had no issues. In addition to that, the pillow comments are very harsh. Everyone has their own preference on how hard/soft a pillow needs to be. I have a really bad back and the pillow/mattress were excellent for me. In fact, my girlfriend and I both said that we had not slept so well in a long time. In summary, this was not only excellent value but also a better experience than any hotel would be able to provide. I hope to stay here in the future! Thanks Laura 😁

Pros: The size was nice, liked the television. It was safe. The hosts were nice too.

Pros: So close to Rome Termini so it was very easy to come and go as you please.

Pros: Everything in the apartment is new, everything was working well, the room was clean. The kitchen had everything for cooking some simple things. The bed was comfortable. We had a small balcony. We had no any issues with electronic locks: the outside door you need to enter the code and just wait for 10 seconds, the door will open without issues, also all other doors opened fine ( we lived 5 nights) - room 1. There was an iron. It took us 25 min to walk to Colosseum and about 30 min to other sights. To Vatican - 35-40 min by metro+ walking ( total time).

Cons: It would be good to have at least a very small table in the room, also tea cups in the kitchen, besides small coffee cups and glasses. The towel holder wasn' t fixed to the wall - the owner was informed. The balcony was dusty and with fallen leaves, as if nobody ever cleaned it ( though the room was clean). There were unpleasant people in the street, and when it got dark, we did not feel quite safe ( even though we had no issues within 5 days of our stay), but compared to Napoli, from where we arrived to Rome, it was not so bad at all.
