Great stay, much space, well connected with bus, tram, metro

Pros: Very nice, modern renovated flat. Much space, good light, several mirrors. Perfect. Stowage room for clothing including enough hangers. Kitchen well equipped, fridge and freezer available.

Cons: Unfortunately the vacuum cleaner was not working (power cable missing - empty battery?) But we used the available broom.

Amazing stay in a local area of Italy

Pros: It is an amazing stay at a great location with authentic Italian local restaurants and close to public transport. There is a great gelato place nearby and a few cafes around. The apartment is nicely renovated and feels like home, had everything we required and had AC in all rooms.

Cons: The only issue was the lights kept cutting out and I had to turn the mains switch back on. This is a common occurrence in old buildings in many places in Italy.

Efficienza

Pros: Il proprietario Enrico , gentile e disponibile, ci ha aperto da remoto al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo soggiornato in due per una settimana, ma si può stare tranquillamente in più persone. Sono disponibili due camere matrimoniali ed un soggiorno con divano letto. Non manca nulla , cucina nuova, TV in ogni stanza, bollitore, tostapane e tutto il necessario per poter cucinare in comodità.

Pros: Buona posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro C e a tre minuti dal tram diretto a Termini. Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dell'host!
