Pros: Very comfortable room and friendly staff. The breakfast is simple and tasty at the cafe nearby, a cappuccino and croissant.

Pros: Comfortable beds and couch. Some tea and coffee in room. Close to autostatzione.

Good place to sleep with a low price compared to a city center prices

Pros: The location was excellent with Bologna metro station within two minute walk and metro B to Termini central station took under 10 minutes and change to metro A would take us to Spanish steps at Spagna station with all the most famous attractions within a walking distance (Pantheon, Fountain de Trevi, all the museoums etc.) Best in the location was that there were some really good restaurants near by and the prices were under half compared to city center. I would recommend Enrico and Puerto Fino with a really tasty food and wonderful service

Cons: Breakfast was a croissant and a coffee in cafeteria one block away not the continental breakfast mentioned in the webpage we were assuming and would have needed. We ended up eating bigger breakfast in other restaurants.

Pros: 갑작스러운 비행기 연착으로 입실 시간을 넘겨 모든 일정에 차질이 생길뻔 했으나, 사장님의 배려와 친절한 응대로 모든 일정을 잘 소화할 수 있었습니다. 체크인이 늦었는데도 밝은 모습으로 반겨주었으며, 일정 내내 밝은 모습으로 대해주었고, 중간중간 깨끗하게 청소도 해주었습니다. 동네도 굉장히 조용하고 안전했습니다. 테르미니역 근처는 치안이 위험하다는데, 이곳은 학교 주변이라그런지 위험늘 느낄 수 없었습니다. 방의 컨디션은 굉장히 좋았고, 로마 일정 내내 푹 쉬고 제대로 충전할 수 있어 더 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다. 강추합니다~

Pros: Il letto molto comodo con il piumone morbido avvolgente

Pros: 房東很親切！在中午時特別接待我們。地點位在一個有管理員的社區內，附近治安良好，離車站和地鐵站都很近，社區的管理員人也很好每天出門時都會跟我們打招呼🙋還有提供附近咖啡店的簡易早餐，咖啡店老闆娘人也很nice。是很好的住宿體驗！

Tutto ok, tornerò!

Pros: E' andato tutto molto bene, il personale e la proprietaria sono stati sempre molto disponibili. La camera, di dimensioni normali e pulita, ha posizione centrale, vicino alla metro ed quindi è semplice spostarsi.

Alloggio confortevole e pulito, ma migliorabile in posizione molto buona per visitare Roma.

Pros: Alloggio estremamente pulito, in posizione strategica nei pressi di fermata del metrò e in quartiere con molto verde e gradevole soprattutto di sera, tranquillità molto gradita del comprensorio, letto comodo e apprezzata macchina del caffè privata, wi-fi efficiente con segnale stabile, condizionatore prezioso e ben funzionante.

Cons: dimensione della camera ridotta, box doccia particolarmente stretto, colazione molto ridotta in bar di livello non straordinario, asciugamani non morbidissimi.

Pros: Mi è piaciuto che fosse a disposizione una colazione senza glutine con caffè, dolcetti e succhi di frutta. Il letto matrimoniale è grande e comodo. Molta cortesia, disponibilità e accoglienza.

Cons: Il frigorigero in comune è un po' limitante, anche se è comunque utile
