Pros: Really good location, quiet area. The service is superb and well organised. The room is stylish and comfortable with everything you need at hand.

Pros: Room quite spacious, modern fornitures and nice design objects. Everything is brand new. Happy to have complimentary coffee and water in the room. No noise from other rooms.

Cons: Honestly everything was great. Maybe it could have been nicer to know there is no reception so we had to call to confirm how to get in - codes not provided in advance.

Lovely stay, I would definitely come back.

Pros: Very close to the metro station, very clean, comfortable bed, our host Tommaso was very responsive, very close to a small supermarket, two small pizzerias and one cafe-restaurant where we ate delicious pasta.

Cons: Generally, nothing, there was one small issue with the fridge that was not cooling very well but we didn't raise this with our host as we had a short stay..

Pros: The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the underground station and bus stop. The owner was really kind and always available. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Everything was super clean. The cleaner did an excellent job with the everyday cleaning.

Cons: The internet connection was a bit slow sometimes. Unfortunately, we experienced occasional noise from upstairs. Although the cleaning was very good, we did expect a change of sheets and towels after the second or third day.

Great apartment

Pros: A very nice and clean apartment. It's close to the metro, 3 stations from attractions like the Colosseum etc. Everyone was really nice. The apartment is well equipped.

Cons: Nothing, really. I suppose we were a bit surprised by the fully remote check-in (you gotta call the owner and she walks you through it), but we were done with it quickly. :)

Pros: Great location, right 2 minutes walk from Bologna Metro station and in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities you may need. Aurora, the owner, was super kind! I really recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

Ottima scelta come struttura e collegamenti.

Pros: Posizione molto comoda vicino alla Metro Bologna, da lì si arriva un po' dappertutto. Stanza grande, arredata in stile moderno e semplice, ma funzionale. Vasca idromassaggio extra-large. Host contattata sempre su whatsapp ma molto disponibile ed efficiente. Colazione non inclusa ma diversi buoni bar a pochi passi aperti anche la domenica mattina. Quartiere carino, residenziale, con negozi e supermercati.

Cons: Forse metterei una lampadina da lettura ai lati del letto. Stanza un po' calda (d'inverno) ma probabilmente si poteva regolare la temperatura, io non mi sono messo. Nei dintorni diversi locali molto frequentati da giovani nel weekend, forse d'estate possono essere un po' rumorosi ma con le finestre chiuse non si sentono (a me non hanno dato nessun fastidio)
