Pros: The Casa was great. The owner was very attentive and answered questions and concerns promptly. He gave comprehensive instructions on how to arrive from the airport as well as how to enter the property. It is very close to a metro station, which we used extensively. Lots of great restaurants close by as well as shops and salons. Great location. I would stay here again.

Cons: No view, but as we were out most of the day so that didn't matter. Had a leaking sink. However, this was fixed very quickly.

Pros: Perfect location, near the metro and buses, great neighbourhood. Easy access, very clean.Gianfranco is very reactive.

Comfortable, clean and friendly

Pros: The staff is very friendly. They explained everything in detail, helped with tips on how to get to the place, offered help with moving around Rome. They responded quickly to all requests and helped in every way. Room is very clean, the lady cleans every day. The location of the hotel was as comfortable as possible - very convenient location for public transport.

Great stay - 10/10

Pros: Fantastic location- really convenient for metro with lots of supermarkets and places to eat/drink around. The host was absolutely amazing, so helpful and responsive. Helped with any queries and made it really easy to check in and find the place. Whilst we were there he was always on hand to message and the cleaning lady was also incredibly helpful even though we didn’t speak Italian and she didn’t speak English! We worked it out! Everything was kept clean and smelt amazing, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was great. I couldn’t have imagined a better stay for the money. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Rome. If we come back we will stay here again.

Great ratio of the good quality for low price.

Pros: Good location, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Room has aircon, huge TV and new windows that seem to insulate well from the noise of the Rome’s nighlife. There was even a delongi espresso maker and fridge in my room. Hot water is not an issue as it was mentioned in some previous review. You just need to let the shower run for a couple of seconds before hot water starts. The owner was very nice and friendly.

Cons: Non avere la macchinetta per il caffè

Pros: Vicinanza a piazza Bologna (e relativa fermata della metro), rapporto qualità-prezzo, pulizia della stanza.

Cons: Essendo al piano terra (praticamente un seminterrato) non entra molta luce naturale, anche se fortunatamente c'era una portafinestra e un altra finestra sullo stesso lato.

Posizione ottima

Pros: Ho soggiornato in questo B&B a Roma e mi sono trovato davvero bene. La cosa migliore è la posizione: è a due passi dalla metro, quindi ti muovi in modo semplice e veloce senza perdere tempo tra bus e cambi strani. La zona è comoda per tutto: arrivi facilmente in centro, ma la sera puoi rientrare tranquillo. Camera pulita, ambiente curato e accogliente. Anche l’accoglienza è stata ottima: disponibili, gentili e sempre pronti a dare consigli pratici. Se cerchi un posto comodo, senza stress, e con la metro praticamente sotto casa, è una scelta che rifarei.

Pros: Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere sia la stazione Termini, che tutta la roba sulla Tiburtina che il quartiere di San lorenzo.
