Il Magnifico Superior Rooms 400m from Tiburtina Railway Station and 290m from Metro

Pros: Close proximity to bus 62 and metro station bologna. My kid liked the bunk bed. We were allowed to keep our luggage in reception area for free for few hours after our checkout. TV is quite big.

Cons: 1. Very small room. The bed,kitchen and table all in a single room which is quite small. 2. Kitchen is very small with no exhaust fans.

Quality / cost good deal

Pros: Clear and professional approach of the place. Cost/quality ratio is well worth. A clean room, easy to get to, all needed is available: a kettle with tea, coffee machine with capsules, iron, even iron mini desk, air conditioner, small but nice shower, toilet and even bide. A comfortable bed with good quality sheets. We also left luggage after checking out to visit Rome light and picket it up in the evening prior the airport. I’ve read the other comments and noticed that some guests complained on breakfast. Our experience was good: we got hot good cappuccino and fresh croissants.

Cons: Owner did all with smart sense for keeping the good price, nothing to complain.

Pros: Excellent location, on a quiet neighbourhood next to metro line b. The facilties were great and the owner was always available on whatsup to solve any need.

Thier location is great,close to all transportation.

Pros: I am not happy with my booking,because I cannot use the electric kettle and the hair dryer and their electricity goes off, and one morning there is no hot water and I cannot shower. I am not happy with thier free breakfast and I even went outside the road to have breakfast. The price I paid for the hotel should not be that expensive,the price is ridiculous.

Cons: What I don’t like is the free breakfast they don’t cook they just give you a piece of paper and go down the road and just give you 1 croissant and coffee that’s still cold even though I asked for hot coffee. Why do they charge so much for free breakfast??? I thought they cooked for breakfast and I had a choice of what they had for my breakfast. I was so disappointed that it was like that. I only went to thier free breakfast once. I won’t go again I’m very disappointed.

Pros: the location is incredible, only 5 min walk from tirburtina, which is a metro station and also where flixbus & itabus stops. the room was incredibly clean, and the room had everything. the hotel manager was kind enough to text us before our arrival and he helped us with a lot of stuff. 100% recommended!!!

Pros: Beautiful apartment. The stay in the apartment was a real pleasure. There was a cleaning service every day, the hygiene was at the highest possible level, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The location of the apartment is in a very quiet and safe environment. The connection to the center is excellent, just a few minutes to the metro station. My son liked the size of the TV the most, he was delighted. I definitely recommend this apartment for a short or longer stay in Rome.
