Pros: On arrival we were met by Luca. He was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor emergency to deal with and he was most helpful. Our accommodation was very comfortable with a en suite bathroom. The room was clean and was serviced every day. Beds were comfortable. Excellent location for access to the busses and Metro which are close by. It is a perfect location for exploring Rome. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: We stayed in a one-room apartment as a family: two adults and two children. The room was clean, with a nice and modern renovation, everything was tidy and well maintained. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient — about a 5-minute walk to the метро and not far from the Colosseum.

Wonderful room and excellent location!

Pros: The room was spacious with nice, comfortable and clean beds. Strong wifi, nice decorations, full extras in the bathroom, full warm water and excellent location near the metro and other bus stops around. There was a small kitchen area outside the room with a microwave and a kettle, and also an espresso coffee machine inside the room. The hotel was very clean and Housekeeping was excellent. The staff was very friendly and it is really recommended if you wish to visit Rome for a few days.

Cons: There was a breakfast service at a cafe next to the Hotel, but we could only choose sweet pastries along with a coffee. No savoury options. I would have liked more options for breakfast, but overall, we are happy with our stay.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room spacious and comfortable. The tea and cookies are a really nice touch and the location is good to take different ways of transportation. Totally recommended!

Pros: I really liked everything about the property. The location was superb, we love piazza bologna area. The accommodation was clean, beds comfortable, noise-blocking windows, light-blocking shutters, water hot, coffee good.

Cons: If I really have to name one thing that could be improved would be maybe to have a dish drier or a cloth by the sink in the common kitchen. We used some plates and didn't know how to dry them. And the little buiscuits were terrible :-)

Pros: Alis was a great host, very helpful and kind. Room was cosy and super-clean, exactly what we needed for our short trip. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again !
