If we go back to visit Rome we definitely stay at this place again 😊

Pros: Great location close to all amenities (restaurants, shops,buses,metro) 12 minutes in metro and you will be in centrum of Rome. Owner very helpful if you have any questions or you need a help with transport he did help us 😊

Pros: The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures and the neighborhood is very quiet. Luka is incredible, he is easy to reach, very helpful and considerate. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful.

Great stay in a good location, clean, quiet room

Pros: A lovely room in a 4-bedroom flat 7 minutes walk from Bologna metro station. The hardest part was finding the metro in the gigantic and very poorly signposted Termini train station (15 minutes from the airport after a short bus ride, only 3 euros each). You can buy a 3-day metro pass for 18 euros. Good facilities at the flat, including coffee maker in the kitchen, fridge, microwave. Lovely garden, but lots of mosquitoes! Bring some deet. Very clean, well maintained, quiet.

Cons: No English channels on the TV that I could find, but you can change settings to get films in original language (english) - would be easy for owner to add details of that as part of check in process.

Pros: Struttura tenuta molto bene, pulita e confortevole. Situata vicino sia alla metro sia alla stazione Tiburtina. Ottimo letto, ottima doccia, l'appartamento non risulta troppo insonorizzato. Di notte il quartiere è silenziosissimo. Vicino alla struttura ci sono pizzerie ma anche trattorie a prezzi molto buoni. Il proprietario ti segue on line passo per passo. Ottimo

Cons: All'inizio per fare il check in, ti sembra di dover risolvere un rebus. Ma poi seguendo le indicazioni whatsapp del proprietario tutto è facile.
