Hotel XX Settembre

For that price an absolute great hotel. I would come again!

Pros: The Receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. The room was huge and very comfortable. Also I had some trouble opening the front door when the reception was closed and it only took 5 minutes for someone to come from the partner hotel and help me out. really absolutely great service!!

Cons: The only thing was, that I think there was a little bit of mold on one the bathroom window… but otherwise everything was perfect. I think the price is very good but you have to be aware that Termini Region tends to be a bit dangerous at night so you should be a bit careful and maybe go around by taxi in that region.

Pros: Recently renovated. Good value for money. Quiet and warm room. My firat time staying here; but.pleasantly suprised. The receptionist Nicola was very helpful and vey accommodating. Received a voucher for a complimentary drink at the partner hotel. Very easy check in. Has lots of amenities required for a 3 stars hotel. Recommend for a short stay.

When in Rome

Pros: It's modern, comfortable, personal is very friendly.

Cons: A little too dark in the room. The cleaning of the rooms finishes early if you leave later on.

Pros: Excellent location, walking distance from everything and the metro and train station close. Very helpful and friendly host, they even surprised me on my birthday, really like it

Pros: It was a wonderful and very welcoming staff, and the place had a great environment with all the necessary conditions. The location was excellent — everything was close by, including the train station, the Colosseum, and the city center. The cleanliness was very good; it could be even better, but it was pleasant overall

Pros: I loved the cleanliness and the staff! Really kind and helpful especially Nicola who offered me an upgrade right away. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed is super comfortable.

Cons: I found it weird to not be greeted with a bottle of water but that wasn’t an issue. I didn’t have a phone in my room.

Pros: It is very well located, even when the area it does not look the best, I did not feel unsafe, a lots of restaurants and business around, walking distance from the most touristic places and public transport. Room was very clean and nice, the shower could use a bit more cleaning and very small but overall it was a great stay and I will stay there again.

Great small hotel close to main train station and well connected with every main spot

Pros: Met 4 different members of reception during our stay and they were lovely. Really helpful tips on how to move around the city and they stored our luggage and let us use the facilities even when checked out. Would definitely recommend!

Cons: It is more a note for improvement rather than something we didn’t like. The hotel is recently renovated but in an old building so doors are still old, could do with new doors for security reasons. Nothing happened during our stay but juat thinking about solo travelers, especially women.

Pros: Absolutely everything. Every single thing! This is THE most gorgeous, characterful, comfortable and thoughtfully presented hotel ever. Also incredibly clean, lovely crisp bed clothes and towels. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room (important to English!) and the staff were so very lovely.

Cons: Nothing to dislike at all!
