Good location that suited our needs, friendly host, and overall a pleasant stay.
Pros: Excellent location and spacious apartment with two comfortable double beds. The rooms offer great views, and the place has everything you need. The host was friendly, welcoming, and took the time to show us around.
Cons: A little dated, but great value for the price and perfectly met our needs.

Pros: Everything was as stated in the description. Walter is a very nice person, and the whole stay went smoothly. The location of the apartment is quite original - once a working class district, Pigneto is now a very interesting neighbourhood of a somewhat hipster vibe, very unique, authentic, quite unlike tourist-oriented more central parts of the Urbs Aeterna. A must see for the authenticity-seeking modern traveller.
Cons: Wi-fi would not spoil the overall experience at all. :)

Clean, comfortable and welcoming
Pros: Everything was clean and comfortable, I loved the views of the city from the balcony and the old style lift was amazing! As I’d always wanted to go in one. Walter was a great host and gave us all the local information we needed, and was very friendly, welcoming and helpful if I needed to message him for anything on the odd occasion. I’d definitely stay here again!
Cons: WiFi would have been a great addition, as I being from outside the EU I didn’t have a lot of roaming data allowance, but managed to make it last the week. Being from the uk we kind of missed having a toaster, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Gelungener Aufenthalt in süßem Viertel am Stadtrand
Pros: Große Unterkunft mit schönem Balkon im 6. Stock. Mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, sodass man sich gut selbst versorgen konnte. Das Viertel ist sehr schön und belebt von jungen Menschen. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Bars.
Cons: Nichts, die Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Man braucht etwas Zeit, um mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt zu kommen, doch das wussten wir vorher weswegen es für uns ok war.

Pros: Merhaba...Casa di Walter al Pigneto da eşimle birlikte 5 gece konakladik. Cok memnun kaldık...temizlik,tesisin konumu ve tabiki de Walter beyin yardimseverligi ve güler yüzü bizi çok mutlu etti.Konaklamak isteyenler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim...

Fantastic flat and fantastic host, would recommend 100%
Pros: Wenn ich könnte würde ich 100 Punkte geben. Es war alles hervorragend! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Wohnung ist ein einziger Traum.

Pros: Molto pulita, materassi comodi, arredamento curato ed estremamente funzionale, in una zona con tutte le comodità e numerose offerte di bar ristoranti e locali, ma allo stesso tempo in una strada silenziosa, 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro Pigneto, Walter un ospite attento e ricettivo

Ottimo al Pigneto
Pros: Quartiere pieno di vita, appartamento silenzioso essendo al 6 piano, all'arrivo ci ha accolti il proprietario ci ha consigliato ristoranti nella zona ed è sempre stato in contatto WP per risolvere eventuali problematiche
Cons: Nulla è andato tutto bene, sola cosa non dipendente dal proprietario è la carenza storica di parcheggi in tutta Roma

DA RIFARE!
Pros: Alloggio spazioso,pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. Ha davvero superato le nostre aspettative. L'host è stato super disponibile e accogliente sin da subito mettendoci a nostro agio. La zona non è male e fortunatamente si è vicinissimi alla metro per potersi spostare un po' ovunque.
