Pros: Прекрасное расположение апартаментов, до метро Pingeto 5 минут пешком. Чисто, есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Хозяин всегда на связи!!! Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!!!

Pros: Der Manager war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt. Er hat uns alles geduldig erklärt, war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat blitzschnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; besonders die Küche ist top ausgestattet und funktioniert einwandfrei. Ein absolutes Highlight war das Essen auf dem Balkon mit dieser traumhaften Aussicht! Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, aber dennoch ein super Ausgangspunkt für Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt und werde bei meinem nächsten Rom-Besuch definitiv wieder hier buchen.

Fantastico! Due appartamenti in uno!

Pros: Soggiorno breve purtroppo, ma bellissimo. La struttura si sviluppa su due piani, ognuno con camera, bagno e terrazzo privato: una soluzione perfetta per stare insieme mantenendo allo stesso tempo un’estrema privacy. Gli spazi sono curati, pulitissimi e molto confortevoli, con tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi subito a casa. La due terrazze sono un vero punto di forza, perfette per rilassarsi e godersi il quartiere dall’alto. La posizione nel cuore del Pigneto consente di muoversi facilmente tra bar e ristoranti e la metro per altri quartieri del centro è a pochi minuti a piedi. Menzione speciale per Guido: comunicazione rapida, attenta e cordialissima! Peccato non aver avuto più tempo. Consigliatissimo!

Pros: wirklich, schöne Wohnung; klein aber fein; alles was man braucht; 2 Badezimmer; 2 große Terrassen um die Sonne zu genießen, schneller und netter Kontakt zum Vermieter; Lage etwas entfernt vom Zentrum ( mal raus aus dem Trubel), aber mit den U-Bahnen schnell zu erreichen

Pros: Es ist sehr schön, dass beide Zimmer einen eigenen Balkon haben und ein Bad. Die Küche war für uns gut.

Cons: Der Balkon war sehr dreckig. In der Küche haben etwas Gewürze gefehlt. Gegenüber ist ein Kindergarten und es war sehr laut tagsüber
