Pros: It was in a great location near Rome Termini station & able to walk to most attractions & eateries Its a modern renovated apartment in an older residential building. The building uses a bird cage elevator which was cool Modern style appliances. Plentyr of power outlets / air con & new modern bathroom & kitchen.

Cons: No windows with street view

Pros: Close to the Terminal . Really cool and nice host ! The apartment was clean with wifi and all the basic needs were provided ! The host even offered us a wine bottle as a welcome gesture .

Pros: Emiliano was the perfect host. His place is so conveniently located so near to the main Termini station. He recommended us some places to eat, which was pretty awesome. Overall a great place to stay, clean and all the things you require for your stay. Thank you Emiliano 😄

Great place for a short stay

Pros: Great and central location, great value for money and super friendly staff. The correspondence was super and the in-check was very convenient and smooth.

Cons: The sofa-bed is not suitable for adults, but would be great for kids (very loudly when moving around). Furthermore, the next door neighbor was very loudly, eg. High sound from television and long argues throughout the night and evening.

Pros: Fantastic accomodation. Very clean. Close to Rome central terminal . Matteo was great providing us with all the necessary info.

Nice Location, Pleasant & Cozy Apartment

Pros: Simple, clean, and cozy unit with a fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. Our host, Matteo was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating — especially due to our late train arrival and resulting in later check-in time. He provided a detailed briefing and great recommendations for local restaurants. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift of wine, even though we couldn’t take it with us. The location is convenient, close to the metro station, making it easy for us to get around.

Cons: There was a mild sewage smell in the living room at times. Also, the bathroom window doesn’t have a shade, so we used a small towel to cover it for privacy. The hot water in the shower ran out during our first night, and we had to wait until the next morning for it to come back. It was a minor inconvenience but didn’t affect our overall stay.

Pros: Very clean, cosy, good location, close to metro station, but also walking distance to the Colosseum. We liked to communication with the owners, very smooth and also friendly!

Pros: It was very welcoming. The owner was very friendly and attentive, she even gave us tips for buying and food.

Cons: I think It could include a map or photo of the house from the outside because it was a little difficult to know it was inside a hotel.
