Our stay was excellent, really near the center, everything was perfect

Pros: The location was just perfect, we couldn't ask for more

Cons: the only thing that we were missing were a couple of detergent pods/liquitabs for dish and laundry wahser

good stay for a city break in Rome

Pros: very good location, easy to walk or commute to main city attractions. communication with the host was good, but had some trouble with the check in application used outside of Booking.com (i succeeded after a few tries). just a note that in the check in process you will have to pay the city tax. apartment has good appliances. heating was OK. everything was clean, and the quality of sleep was good, even if you can hear some cleaning vehicles on the streets over night.

Cons: the apartment is at last floor on the attic, and has a wooden ceiling and thin walls. I could hear the neighbours in the evening or in the morning, but this was not an issue. the couch in the living room could be better for sleeping.

A pleasant experience with loaded amenities in a good location with an otherwise understandable price.

Pros: As for the location, it was perfect: there were restaurants right in front of the house; it took 10~15 minutes walk to reach to the main tourist and shopping district. As for the house itself, the amenities were abundant: there were all the appliances which we needed, like a coffee matchine, a dish washer, a microwave, and a washing matchine. For our stay, there were olive oil and umbrellas which were found to be very useful.

Cons: Nada

Pros: The apartment was amazing, perfectly clean, and it had everything we needed. Extremely well located, the hosts were kind and helpful. It was just a wonderful stay!

Pros: Clean and spacious apartment, perfect location in the center of Rome. 15-30 minutes walk to all tourist attractions and 5 minutes to Trastevere for plenty of good restaurants

Perfect location and more facilities than we were expectiong.

Pros: Wow! In a lovely building in a superb location on a quiet road just round the corner from Campo de' Fiori and off Piazza Farnese. Lots of facilities including good kitchen, Coffee machine & pods, washing machine & drying rack (our saviour). Great bedroom with trailing plants dangling in the lovely window, wooden ceilings. Good communication with host via whatsapp and we left our bags at the appartment after arriving early. Keys collected & left in a lock box. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby. Lift if you need it or stairs. About 20 minute walk to the river & Vatican city, 30 minute walk to the Colosseum/Forum. Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain in walking distance too - but far busier than our location. Recommend Fiore take away pizza (lots of yummy goodies including suppli) & fruit cups from the market in the square.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location.

Pros: The apartment itself was wonderful. The location was amazing, very central and still very quiet after closing the windows. The apartment was fully supplied with everything we needed, including an ironing board and the iron. Check in was super easy. Despite very small inconveniences we had a marvelous stay.

Cons: The pillows were very uncomfortable and when we asked to get softer ones we were told it was not possible :( The kitchen tab was broken but we were told that it will be fixed for the next guests. The wifi just disappeared one day but then it came back the next day all by itself.

Excellent base for exploring the main sights

Pros: Fantastic central location.. easy walk to Trastevere, the Colosseum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and much more. We stayed with our 7 year old and she managed these short walks just fine. Lovely restaurants very close to the apartment. Apartment had everything we needed and the owners answered questions very quickly. We would recommend.

Pros: I wanted to share my great experience at this apartment. It was clean and well-kept, making it very comfortable to stay in. The interior design was lovely, creating a cozy atmosphere. Having all the necessary dishes was a convenient addition that made it feel like a home. The location was fantastic! Being close to the river, market, and lots of shops and restaurants was incredibly convenient for exploring and enjoying the area. Overall, I had a wonderful time at your apartment and wanted to say thank you for providing such a great place to stay.

Cons: We had some difficulties with the washing machine; the socket for it is inconveniently located. Also, the noise isolation is not very good.

Nice place, very well communication with the owner. Totally Recommend for family with two kids.

Pros: The location is very closed to the important attractions, with a lot of good restaurant around, in a quiet area.
