Best Vatican Apartment

Great apartment for a city break!

Pros: Really spacious. Sensibly furnished. Excellently located! Everything you need for a city break.

Cons: The floor and rug could have done with a clean but other than that it was spotless.

The stay was great!

Pros: Ideal location in a very good district of the city, comfortable appartment for three people to stay, pleasant little gifts from the host( water, milk, juice in the fridge, coffee capsules, tea, snacks), clear instructions for entering the apartment.

Cons: It would be a good idea to have wine glasses.

Stop looking. This apartment has it all.

Pros: Brilliant location. Walk everywhere. 10 minutes from the Vatican. Excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious, had a great bathroom, dishwasher, air con and wifi.

Cons: Nothing except I would have liked a toaster.

Pros: Location was perfect, near to Metro, near to Vatican, very good breakfast nearby. We had everything we needed in our room. It was quite small, but good enough for 2 people who spend their time in Rome and not in the room.

Very nice apartment

Pros: Very nice furniture, clean and comfortable, perfectly located.

Cons: Wifi is not working in the bedroom. The router is placed outside the apartment and the signal weakens as the distance where you sit grows. An inside router will solve the problem.

Amazing Apartment

Pros: Everything, nothing more to say - great sleep, felt safe, great shower and great location.

Cons: I have no compliants, our stay was amazing.

Pros: It was lovely and warm, great location just around the corner from the Vatican and easy to walk to lots of attractions

Pros: It was a great place for staying close to vatican sights, it was on the main street full of shops and butiques but still it was quiet. We had everything we needed. Clean apartment, comfy bed. Great experience, would pick again.

Practical location, minor teething issues at the property

Pros: Very practical location, it's a lively neighbourhood full of shops, cafes, restaurants. Feels safe. Close to the Ottaviano metro station. The apartment was spacious, generally clean and well-equipped. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher, so your stay will be comfortable. The furnishings are new and don't feel off-putting.

Cons: Accessing the property can be a bit convoluted when you do it for the first time, it's all done using electronic keys from a website. There is no daily cleaning service. I think it would be helpful to have someone come every second day to sweep the floors, give the bathrooms a quick clean. We stayed here in January and the heating was on a timer, maybe 2-3h in the morning and the same in the evening. We were a bit chilly at night. It would be welcome to have the heating on for longer. Also, the radiators were noisy due to trapped air inside them plus neither of them would have the entire surface fully hot, so my advice to the owner would be to 'bleed' (remove the air) the radiators to ensure they are working properly, both for the comfort of the guests and for the maintenance of the heating system in the flat. It takes around 45s for the tap water to become properly hot. The property shares a hallway with two other properties and the door is not soundproofed, so if you slept on the sofa in the living room, you'd probably get woken up by the noises of people coming in and out of the neighbouring apartments. The quality of the towels was quite poor, they felt cheap and left bits of towel fluff all over your body.

Lovely clean apartment

Pros: The apartment was clean and tidy and came with washing powder for the washing machine. The building was lovely and very clean

Cons: The hot water was only just warm and when you did was your clothing there was no where to hang if do it could dry
