Pros: Great flat - rooms are huge. Nice and quiet. Good location near the Vatican. Buses in the street go straight to Rome Centre. Everything exactly as described.
Cons: Just the key lock box was a bit stiff to open!

Pros: Absolutely great. It’s enormous, there is plenty of space, a bathroom in every room and an extensive sofa for 2 people.
Cons: The door it’s a bit tricky to open. I tried several times until I’ve figured it out.

Rome stay
Pros: Close to Vatican. Room was quite spacious and big bathroom The host and cleaner were very good I have to say. Highly recommend this property.
Cons: Some utensils were missing and just had a mini fridge no freezer but otherwise everything was great

Prima voor enkele dagen
Pros: We kregen een mail met de toegangscode van de kluis. 7 minuten lopen naar het vaticaan. Mooie buurt. Airco voor warme lucht werkt uitstekend.
Cons: Matige uitrusting keuken. Met name ontbreken van afwasmachine. Muren van het appartement op de 3e verdieping zijn flinterdun. Iedere ochtend werden we gewekt om 07.45 uur door de buren die Old MacDonald Had a Farm begonnen te zingen voor hun kleine kindje.

Pros: Appartamento situato al terzo piano di uno stabile elegante, luminoso, dotato di ascensore. L'appartamento è curato e decisamente spazioso con mobili essenziali. Camera da letto ampie, pulite, molto punti luce, letto comodo. Il bagno è molto pulito, santari e la doccia nuovi, tutto funziona molto bene: riscaldamento elettrico, l'acqua che scorre abbondante e senza intasamenti, la finestra al posto del solito areatore, spazi ampi per muoversi. Ho avuto occasione di scrivere alcune volte alla proprietà e ho ricevuto risposta in breve tempo ogni volta ho ricevuto un aiuto alle mie richieste. Metropolitana raggiungibile a piedi in 10 min e autobus in meno di 5 minuti

Feel like a rich Roman
Pros: The apartment is spacious, huge rooms each with a shower room. Location is so great, you can easily get breakfast,lunch and dinner even at late night. Very close to vantican. A nice neighborhood that you can stay away from tourists but feel like a real Roman (a rich Roman 😂). The only downside of this Apt is its shower rooms, the water draining very slow so you may make the bathroom all wet, and it's electric hot water boiler can allow you have hot water for about 30 mins, after that, you need to wait for the water get hot again ( about the other 30 mins). After we learned this, we did the math to take turn to shower. If you can manage it, then I do strongly recommend this apartment to stay in Rome.

It is a great apartment, clean and spacious located in a very nice neighborhood.
Pros: The apartment was large with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was great. The apartment building was very clean. The central air conditioner was working perfectly.
Cons: It was difficult to access the apartment for the first time. The toilet seats were not secured properly and moving a lot. Small shower didn’t drain water properly. It would be nice to have paper towels in the kitchen and some tissue boxes. The toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was broken.
