Great apartment, great location
Pros: Loved the apartment, great location, walking distance to the metro, bars, cafes, restaurants and great gelato! Would definitely stay again.
Cons: The lack of cutlery. We had to buy some wooden ones

Great location
Pros: Perfect location, great place to explore Roma. The kitchen equipment is enough to make breakfast, and coffee. The bed is comfortable.
Cons: The street is noisy, and the apartment (bathroom) needs extra cleaning.

great location, highly recommend
Pros: excellent location. very near the tube station and fantastic music venue right next door.
Cons: the kitchen could do with a bit more cutlery, plates and cups as you keep having to wash them after every use. The tap in the kitchen is loose and there is no stopper in the sink or basin to wash up so you use and waste a lot of hot water

Si torno a Roma repetiré i ho aconsellaré als meus amics.
Pros: L'apartament està situat a prop del Vaticà. Hi ha dues companyies de bus que conecten amb l'aeroport que tenen una parada al mateix carrer. L'amfitrió va ser molt amable aclarint els nostres dubtes en tot moment.
Cons: Res a dir. Tot ens va agradar.

Pros: Это отличные апартаменты. В целом все довольно просто, но уютно и есть все необходимое. Там высокие потолки и в целом много пространства. Локация потрясающая! Помимо Ватикана и метро, в шаговой доступности много других достопримечательностей и просто красивых улиц. В комнатах немного темновато, так как окна выходят на соседнее здание, но все исправляется многочисленными дополнительными лампами.
Cons: Единственное, что мне не понравилось - это правило выноса мусора за собой. Это просто не очень удобно, когда выселяешься, и так в руках полно своих сумок, но надо еще и мусорный пакет прихватить.

Ideal para descansar a dos pasos del Vaticano
Pros: En realidad nos gustó todo. La proximidad al Vaticano y a supermercados, comercios y restaurantes así como las conexiones de bus y metro muy cercanas. La parada del shuttle bus SIT que viene del aeropuerto está en la misma calle. En plena ola de calor con temperaturas extremas cercanas a los 40 grados, los dos aires acondicionados fueron imprescindibles. La cama es muy cómoda y el apartamento tiene todos los detalles para que te sientas como en casa, sin olvidar la amabilidad y buena disposición de Gabriele, que nos permitió salir mucho más tarde debido al horario de mi vuelo. Tengo pendiente invitarle a una cerveza la próxima vez que vaya, que sin duda será en el mismo lugar.
Cons: Nada que reseñar.No echamos en falta nada.

Excelente apartamento precio/ calidad
Pros: Muy cómodo el apartamento, súper funcional. Muy cómoda la cama. Buena ducha. Usamos la cocina y la heladera, microondas, tostadora , hervidor por lo cual ahorramos gastos extras en comidas. Muy silencioso. Muy buena ubicación cerca del metro Otraviano.
Cons: Mejoraría la limpieza del sector de ducha. No pude usar la impresora, no tenía tinta. Necesitaba imprimir un documento. Pero salvo eso estuvo todo muy bien.

Pros: Hervorragende Lage des Apartments. Vatikan/Petersplatz ist in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Das gleich gilt für gute Restaurants, Supermarkts und sonstige Einkaufsgeschäfte. Wenn man bereit ist, etwas zu Fuß zu gehen, sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms auch fußläufig erreichbar. Sogar der Bus vom/zum Flughafen hält in der Via Crescenzio und den Fußweg zum Apartment kann man auch mit Gepäck gut bewältigen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Michaela ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und hat uns im Apartment empfangen, obwohl wir 2 Stunden früher als gedacht angekommen sind. Die Räume sind sehr hoch, und groß, mit großen Fenstern. Wir waren im 'roten Apartment' und hier sind die Fenstern zu einer Seitenstraße ausgerichtet. Die ganze Gegend ist sehr sicher, so dass man auch Abends/Nachts getrost zu Fuß rumlaufen kann.
Cons: Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser waren begrenzt vorhanden. Aber wenn man gleich gespült hat, ging es. Obwohl hohe Räume und große Fenstern war das Apartment relativ dunkel. Im Sommer ist man wahrscheinlich froh darüber...

Pros: Buen barrio, al lado del Vaticano y a 20 minutos andando del centro histórico. Apartamento cómodo.
