Pros: Size and location of apartment of apartment, ease of checking in.

Cons: Nothing. Although as we had 4 adults in party would have been good to have one more comfy chair. Settee sits 3 so one person had to sit on hard dining chair in evenings.

Pros: Bien equipado y buena distribución y en perfecto estado de conservación. El tener aire acondicionado individual en cada estancia es todo un acierto, y más en los días que nos ha tocado alojarnos.

Pros: 外観は歴史を感じるが，内装はとてもきれいだった。天井がとても高く、開放感があった。とても素晴らしい宿泊施設。洗濯機には乾燥機能もあり、少ない洋服で過ごすことができた。ここに住んでいるような感覚で利用できた。

Cons: ヘアドライヤーがとても熱くなり、途中でキレてしまうことがあり。これがなければ、フルマークをつけました。

The apartment did meet the expectations we had but it could be improved.

Pros: First of all, the location is perfect, very close to the metro station and a bus stop. The beds are really comfortable and the apartment (ideal for 6 people) is very cozy, clean and equipped with many necessities (hairdryer, bottle opener, kitchen stuff etc). The guy that welcomed us (Filippo) was kind and helpful and agreed to check us in 3 hours earlier than the planned time.

Cons: The master bathroom doesn’t have a curtain or a glass to stop the water from getting out of the tub, so the water was spilling all over the bathroom. Also when we arrived the apartment was not equipped with towels and we had to wait at least 2-3 hours.
