Excellent

Pros: The staff were excellent, so friendly, professional and helpful. We thought the breakfast team were absolutely wonderful and our cocktails in the evening fantastic. The hairdresser was top class and overall we loved the whole team and experience.

Pros: Breakfast was super. Excellent variety, quality and breakfast setting in the garden.

Cons: Jaccuzzi and entrance are a little dated.

Pros: Our stay was exceptional! The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. I must highlight concierge team in particular... It is very hard to book restaurants in Rome last minute but the concierge suggestions were the best and they managed to book everything.

Cons: It lacked extra touches like more water bottles, herbal teas and chocolate & notes after cleaning Also passed by the spa to get a tour but the receptionist was on the phone for more than 5 mins and didn’t accommodate us so I just left

I found my hotel whenever u decided to visit Rome again!

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel rooms were on the small size but very clean. The restaurant where I had breakfast was amazingly relaxing the atmosphere being a a green house and surrounded by a beautiful garden and music was a very nice experience and gave me a great start for the day and I loved that the breakfast was include.

Cons: The elevator was a bit slow
