Pros: Cleanliness, comfort, bathroom was nice. The distance was great for touring Rome.

Cons: The stove didn't work. Finding the entrance was confusing and the instructions weren't clear enough. It would be great if they also responded on Sundays.

Pros: The rooms (we booked 2) were spacious enough and the bathroom was nice. The entrance and check-in/check-out process (finding the key etc.) was easy. There was a spa bath in the room but we were so busy exploring Rome that we didn't use it.

Pros: The location is a little far from the center, but you can reach the centers of interest by walking. The room was small, but nothing more was needed. I had access to a common kitchen, where you can prepare a coffee or more. I took the key from a box with a code, located at the entrance to the building. As a tip, don't follow the GPS because it will take you behind the building, in an area of ​​garages. The entrance is right on the main street. I had emotions, because the access instructions with the code of the box were sent via wattsUp, and my phone blocks messages with links received from strangers (hackers). So I advise you to insist that they be sent to you via Booking. We clarified after a long exchange of messages. But if you arrive at night (or after 18.30) it can be very unsettling.

Pros: I liked the privacy and cleanliness, quiet place , the location close to most of the tourist attractions. Great value for money.

Cons: The shower didn't have much water pressure but overall very nice place to stay.

Pros: Great location and easy communication with owners. We git a bit confused on arrival but that was google maps sending us to the back of the building. You should look for Cubo Bistro on Via Gallia and its a couple of doors up from that. Quiet, secure and local feel to the area which felt safe at night. Easy enough to walk to some of the sightseeing areas but we also used the 628 bus to get back after a long day and the 714 to get to Termini for our morning train. There's a lovely bakery Vecchi Sapori also next door for excellent pizza by the slice or breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: There is nothing big to complain about. A few little extra touches like more tea bags/coffee or nicer soap in the shower would be nice. The bathroom was a little compact but no issue for us and very clean/well kept.
