Good quality for low price

Pros: Low price, good location close to colosseum, big apartment with balcony, very nice bathroom, equipped kitchen

Cons: Some1 left the window pre-open and the first night was freezing, it took very long time to heat the appartment, next days i have no complain. The colours of the rooms (i had light blue) are insane, consider changing it to something more neutral

Perfect for a city trip.

Pros: It is a very clean well maintained place close to metro A and busses. Ideal for a city trip. A breakfast place is just around the corner. We are a family of two adults and two teenagers.

Cons: The entrance door is giving out directly on the hallway with elevator which can be disturbing in the early morning or late night if other people do not respect the request for silence before or after a certain time.

Pros: The whole place is very clean and the balcony is really nice to stay. The way to check in is sent very clear and the staff’s responses are so fast. The breakfast nearby is also recommended. Everything is perfect.

Cons: The pillow is a bit too soft but it’s fine

We really like the location, everything was close and if not we get metro or taxi. Taxi from Ciampino to the appartment

Pros: Nice, clean airconditioned appartment with a balcony on the 5th floor with a lift. Café nearby. We really liked that there were 3 beds for 3 people and not sofa as some of the appartments have.

Cons: There was nothing we dislike.

Great value for money, gorgeous room!

Pros: The room was great value for money in Rome. It's a bit far out but there's bus stops very close by. The room was beautifully painted and decorated simply and elegantly. Lovely little balcony too. It was exceptionally clean and the amenities in the room were very modern. Being managed the way it is, as a guest house, I can't fault the communication, everything was clear (even though maybe a bit of a long read). I would highly recommend it!

Cons: I know this is down to personal preference, but firmer pillows, perhaps? Other than that, I can't say anything else that I didn't like!

Pros: A beautiful and spacious room with a terrace, conveniently located just a 25-minute walk from the Colosseum, with nearby metro and bus stops.

Pros: The room was perfect as the location and everything else. They contacted us and gave us all the information. The communication was easy and also the transport was good as well around the area. We used the bus and the metro.

Pros: It was like described on the website, everything was perfectly okey.

Bright, modern, comfortable room with good access to central Rome

Pros: Modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable property. The separate kitchen came in handy and the coffee provided for the Nespresso machine was delicious. Being on the 5th floor, we were above the fray of the city. Area felt safe and not touristy and neighborhood much quieter than places closer to the centre. The nearest bus stop was 3 minutes away, but there were various other bus and metro options within a short walk.

Cons: The door to the family room opens up to the stairwell and we could hear other guests in the stairwell on occasion. This would not be an issue for the double rooms though, as a door and a hallway seemed to separate them from the stairwell. The noise wasn’t enough to really bother us though and the rooms were quiet at night and we would choose this room again. Also, just a minor point but it would be helpful to have a tea towel and bowls in the kitchen (plates/cups/cutlery/cooking equipment and a sponge/detergent were however available).

Pros: The checkin was really easy thanks to detailed video. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: The room was little bit small for four people. Definitely not suitable for couples. Good option for group of friends.
