Pros: The property's location, room, and bed, the mattress🥰, were all satisfactory and great, and communication with the owner was excellent, and it was really clean. The value proposition was deemed favorable, and we highly recommend this accommodation, with plans to return in the future.

Great location!

Pros: Fantastic location - 10 minutes’ walk from the Colosseum! There’s a lovely park called Celio nearby, which you can walk through to get to the centre.

Cons: It’s a bit noisy, but only to be expected when you’re so near the city centre.

Pros: Very well located! And compared to accommodation nearby, really good value for price. It was enough for a 3 day-stay. Very good communication with Maria that arranged our check-in at our best convenience.

Amazing

Pros: Cute room, not really expensive for what you get, we had everything we needed honestly, good AC, comfortable bed, very clean, mini fridge with some water which was free, coffee and so on. The location is very good because It's 15-17mins away from the colosseum by walk which was great then once you reach that, you can walk for another 17-20 mins to Trevi fountain, while you walk there's a lot to see too, only downside is that it was very hot, but we managed. The person that introduced us to the room, her name was Maria was very friendly, approachable and super nice to us, she explained everything to us gave us the keys and we were good to go. All in all it was a pleasant experience!

Pros: Nice comfortable room with air con, private bathroom and comfortable bed. Relatively close to the Roman Forum so that was also handy.

Cons: Walls were pretty thin so could hear the people next to me but wasn't too bad.

Definitely will come back.

Pros: Good value of money even in a Jubilee year,nice and quite zone ,walking distance to the Colosseum and local shop and within 5min from the rooms is located bus stop. Nice staff which was very helpful, as we had a problem with hot water in one day of our stay and it was immediately solved .

Lovely Place! Would Recommend to Others!

Pros: Clean room with all the essentials you would need. Lovely toilet/shower room. Hair dryers provided. Free of charge safe to use for valuables and passports. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Colosseum! Felt like a very safe building, which was reassuring for us as a couple on our first holiday away together.

Good for 1-2 night.

Pros: Nice neighborhood, big shower. 10 min from colosseum.

Cons: No elevator, thin walls (noisy), shared corridor, no place to dry clothes, no kitchen, but there is a shared microwave in the corredor.

Pros: We only stayed two nights. The location worked well for us. We could walk to the colosseum and Trevi fountain. Our room was comfortable for two, internet and TV was good. It had a kettle and coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was good and had a very nice shower. A shower mat would have been nice for us older folks, as shower base was a bit slippery when wet. Hosts were nice and a very pleasant couple. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: There are no restaurants close by.
