Pros: It Is strategically located, in the centre and close to subway stations, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.

Cons: Difficult to find a parking place nearby

Pros: We were very satisfied with the apartment. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. The location was excellent — close to everything and very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Close to Colosseum, very close to public transportation, cleanness

Pros: Clean and tidy , lot of bus stop near by , took buses everywhere to different attractions.

Cons: Tram station is little bit far but they are building a new one right way

Pros: The location is great and the facility is well secured e.g. a code for gates and doors. It was very clean and smelled really nice. The air conditioning was amazing!! It was 37 degrees outside yet in our room it was cold and we could rest well. Before we checked in the stuff turned on the air conditioning so that we could arrive to a cold room after a very exhausting trip. In our room there were a bathtub and a shower - both had cold and hot water. There was also a bidet. Outside our room in the facilty there was a small kitchen with everything we could possibly need - fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, pans, pots, and all of the utensils. Of course there was drinking water in every tap. The staff also took out our trash every day which was very nice.

Cons: The walls were pretty thin, so we heared our neighbors that were loud. However it’s not the facility’s fault, so I’m not complaining.

Pros: It was close to the metro and bus stations. AC’s were working properly, clean, etc…

Good value for the money

Pros: Good proximity to the metro, even walking distance to some landmarks, such as the Colosseum. Clean, comfortable and easy to reach with the provided instructions.

Cons: A lot of noise at night from the nearby road.

No frills, but so worth it!

Pros: The location is fantastic. It's a 15 minute relaxed walk to the Colosseum. There's a market nearby (visible from the bedroom window) which I also visited frequently. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

Cons: There's a button on the wall to open the external gate. I didn't know about it until my last day, when I had already left my key behind and couldn't figure out how to leave. It's a minor inconvenience, and really my fault for not being more attentive.

We liked this place.

Pros: Awesome location, park, kids playground, store and coffee shop are nearby. Facility open, easygoing always ready for any help as much as they can. Self check in and check out organized perfectly.

Cons: Intensive traffic on a street nearby

Pros: I liked the location of the guest house, comfortable get to the centre, the rooms are clean and tidy, all necessary things are existed such as: cooker, washing machine, coffee machine. Highly recommend this place to everyone planning to visit Rome 🔥🔥🔥
