Pros: Clean, nice area, close to colosseum. You receive a video showing everything you’re supposed to do. Communication through WhatsApp works really well.

Cons: There is no one at sight to help you if anything happens. I feel like the responses they send to the occurring issues are auto-generated. The heater didn’t really work. The ac did but you can’t dry anything there.

Pros: It was a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum. The location was very good. The room was also very clean and excellent for the price. The staff were attentive as well. We had an issue with the air conditioning, and they immediately came, took care of it, and fixed it. The room looked exactly like it did in the photos. We were satisfied with our stay.

Cons: There was a slight dampness in the room, and because of that there were couple of tiny dead flies in front of the window in the bathroom, but it didn’t bother us. If you are a student and here to travel, it is a very good option in terms of price-performance. You can choose it with confidence.

Pros: The appartment was very clean. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. The chek-in process was very easy. There were restaurants and shops close to the appartment which was really great as well.

Cons: The bed wasn't very comfortable, there was no wi-fi in the appartment and the tv remote didn't work. Also the appartment was a bit further away from the city center than we thought, but all in all we had a great stay at Luciano Licia guest house.

Pros: The area was nice with good restaurants and supermarkets. It was clean and the size of the room was ok. There were different busses to the city center and only 25 min walk to Colosseum. The host was helpful.

Cons: The door was not airtight, you could hear and see the light from the floor. If you have a big luggage and you are outside of check in time it is impossible to leave the bags there.

Pros: The location was very easy and convinient for local transport and restaurants.

Cons: The communication with the owner was not very good. Can respond only in certain hours. We had to figure out ourselves or with the help of other people from the building how to open the inside door of the block without using the keys. In order to have light you have to insert a key in a hole but it is attached to the door keys on the chain, so everytime we wanted to unlock the door we had to use the lantern from our cell phone. It would have been much easier to lock the door from inside without the keys. The owner should have provided the basic explanations and assure that the guests found it or read it.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Luciano Licia Guest House. It was super spacious, clean, and a great deal for the price. The location made it easy to get around, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for being in a true Italian residence but not central for attractions.

Pros: The neighborhood was a true Italian one. Local residents, cafes and restaurants visited by the locals

Cons: The local transportation was not reliable during weekend and the National day because of the rally so we needed to walk for 45 min to local attractions.

Pros: The accommodation was excellent; we received all the instructions on how to access and enter our apartment. The communication was great and very helpful. The apartments are clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after long walks around the city.

Cons: The only tricky part is that you can’t open the door unless you have internet access. That’s why I recommend buying an eSIM card at home before your trip, so you can ensure you have internet access when you arrive.

Pros: Very nice place to stay with family. Clean house and very close to the main attractions of Rome.

Vocation at Rome

Pros: The location of hotel is so good, all close, you can just walk till centrum without taxi and buses, Next to it you can easely find supermarket, nice restaurant, and all what you need. The acces to the room easy to understand. The room is clean. Every day it was cleaned, and changed towels. With personal you can easy contact through whats up. Big thanks to Luciano Licia Guest house.
