Family stay with a baby - recommend

Pros: We liked the room, although it was not exactly the same as the room we booked. Communication was great. Location was accessible. We were provided with welcome drinks and snacks. They even bought us a drying rack for our baby's clothes.

Cons: The lift broke down a few times. There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom.

Great location near Termini Station and excellent simple stylish decor

Pros: excellent location near Termini Train Station (what we wanted). comfortable bed. lovely decor. loved the welcome snacks. great to have use of the kitchen and washing machine.

Cons: no noise proofing. we could hear other guests letting themselves in and out of the apartment. it impacted the quality of our sleep. I’d stay here again though I’d be requesting the room furthest from the front door and wear ear plugs.
