Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Pros: Located the property easy after leaving the train station, found the correct level and the owner was there to great and allowed us in early to leave our bags. Communicated throughout booking via the booking . Com app and made owner aware of our time if arrival. Room clean, beds comfy, shower room spotless, towels clean and even a fridge with complimentary water. Lighting in room was just right, over looking the main road, didn’t hear no traffic noise, heater on wall which is also air conditioning. Kitchen is shared and fully equipped with kettle toaster coffee machine etc I would definitely stay again. Thank you to the owner for the comfortable stay.

Cons: Only thing I could say is if pre packed breakfast for guests who leave early - cold selection of food which could just be taken. We understand you like to cook fresh but a piece of fruit and pastry and a juice bottle would have been sufficient for our early departure- nothing negative just a suggestion

Great location & value for money

Pros: Fantastic location directly across the road from Roma Termini. Our room was cosy and very comfortable.

The rooms are great, the bed and pillows are super comfortable

Pros: The location is fantastic but beware google maps will take you to another hotel a very long 1.2 km dragging suitcases so make sure you put in the address

Cons: We had to be very quiet in the kitchen when making a cup of tea as the rooms are right off the kitchen

Pros: Excellent location, right across from the train station. Room and bathroom cleaned daily with clean towels. Breakfast adequate. The staff are very friendly.

Cons: Not enough storage space, uncomfortable squeaky beds. Breakfast could be more varied.

Pros: The room was modern, well presented and clean. Room was maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was provided. Excellent location next to Roma Termini with both easy access to Rome's attractions and to the station of travelling elsewhere in Italy.

Pros: The warm breakfast and coffee made for a pleasant start to the day. Also, fresh juice.

Cons: I think it would be helpful to provide a safe in the room for secure storage of items like laptops or bags.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room

Pros: Bedroom was so comfortable. Soundproofing from outside was great. The hostess was welcoming and friendly and made sure everything was ok. Perfect location being close to Roma termini

Cons: The breakfast was limited and sound proofing from inside noise was non-existant so was awake relatively early when others were moving about.
