Roma Station House

Perfect location

Pros: It was on the heart of Rome. You can reach everywhere easily

Cons: The room was too small but it works

A very pleasant stay

Pros: Very comfortable and clean, right next to the trains so it was easy to get everywhere we wanted. Lots of restaurants and shops round as well.

Cons: I don have anything to complain about

The staff were incredibly helpful in regards to activities in Roma , catching trains . Very kind and patient and ever so

Pros: The location was so close to train station , in fact across the road . So convenient with a 6 am early rise for train to airport

Clean and convenient place to stay, close to Rome Termini

Pros: Bed comfy, bathroom small but clean and good water pressure, Netflix free, air conditioned, good noise insulation, great location next to main train station and restaurant and supermarket, also has a safe.

Cons: The room was small but we knew that. Probably could do without the cupboard and just have a set of drawers which you could put your suitcase on. No glasses in room which would have been nice for a glass of water next to bed.

Satisfied with the accommodation.

Pros: Location is the best ypu can wish for, Roma Termini right in front of you, as well as the bus stops to take you where you want to be! My special requests were seen to immediately.

Clean convenient spot opposite Rome Termini

Pros: Clean, conveniently located for bus n trains. Up to 2km walk to key attractions. Helpful staff! Assisted in bag storage n access back into the building, amazing as my airport tf was affected by demonstrations n strikes.

Cons: No reception staff at least in office hours. Reception area could be tidier.

Great Last Minute Find

Pros: In a pinch this property had the one room left Located right across from the train/ metro station which was super convenient. The room was very clean, & modern. The building itself is older with other room let's.. super secure as well.

Cons: It is more of room to let, not a hotel.

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable 👍

Pros: Great location relative to Rome termini (literally a 30 second walk across the street), quiet, clean and comfortable room with air cond. Surrounding streets had plenty of restaurant options for a quick meal, and the magnificent Bassilica Mary Maggiorie (one of Rome’s most beautiful churches) is just a 2 minute walk away. Our host Antonello was very welcoming.

Cons: Need to be aware of some of the less fortunate locals who habitate the streets nearby; no different to most cities and certainly not bothersome for us.

The excellent location made up for the noise.

Pros: Awesome location by the Roma Termini entrance for the train to the airport. Very comfortable & clean room.

Cons: Noisy. Room 1 is next to the buzzer for the intercom, which rings incessantly, due to impatient guests and slower than desired responses. It’s also next to the entry door which closes quite loudly and at all hours with guests coming and going.

Pros: Great location opposite the train/bus station. It's a basic room, bathroom was good & clean. They organised an airport shuttle for us, which was appreciated. .

Cons: Pretty small, OK for a night but probably no more. No tea or coffee & the shared kitchen jug disappeared often, so not very useful. No outdoor space. Probably expensive for what you got.
