Hidden Gem ,an apartment in Rome

Pros: The accommodation was perfect for our needs.. We had flown into Rome, from the UK , and needed a base for one night before travelling to Civitavecchia to join our cruise. The apartment was situated just a 5 minute walk from the main train station. The room was comfortable , quiet and had ample space. The hosts kept in touch ,asking if we needed help to get from the airport into Rome . The apartment was well situated for site seeing.... Thank you.

It’s not what it seems. Staff so respectful, extremely clean and excellent location. Benefits could be improved.

Pros: Excellent location and very clean. The host was so respectful

Cons: The shower had nothing to lean the shampoo or the soap. You enter to the building and you see the dirty bins everywhere. They advertise what looks like a hotel, but it’s actually a shared room. The staff was very friendly, but it wasn’t what it seemed. It was a little bit expensive for a room with a bathroom.

It was pretty good.

Pros: It has common terrace. You do not have to go downstairs to smoke. It was useful for us. Very good location, very close to rome termini. Just a short walk. At the evening, streets are alive, you can find something to eat if you return to the hotel very late. Also personnel is very professional and helpful

Cons: From outside it looks very old and not that much, but inside, pretty decent hotel. Also we did not know the citt tax, it was about 30euros for 2 nights, they only accept cash

A calm, clean, fresh property in a well connected area in a popular foreigner neighbourhood

Pros: The réception, people are friendly and helpful I would like to mention mister Marshal and mrs Laura who both are welcoming and ready to help you and answer at any question. The rooms are kept clean and fresh and noiseless.

It was a pleasant short stay that helped us see a bit of Rome before transitioning on our trip.

Pros: Location was number 1 for us. Close to Roma Termini. They also allowed us to leave our luggage with them prior to check in and post check out.

Cons: No complaints.

Our stay was comfortable, and location was good with staff being very helpfull

Pros: The location is great, as it is very close to Termini Train station. Staff were helpful in lending us a plug and assisted with storing our luggage until we departed at 14:00. Laura was especially helpful as I forgot my phone under the mattress, and she assisted in sending it to me by courier to Venice. Thank you so much Laura!!!

Pros: The staff was lovely. Laura was so helpful and kind. Whenever we needed any help, she was always there to help us out. When we arrived, she helped us settle in and also guided us about how and where we can travel in rome. She is one of the best hotel staff i have had till date. Extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, airy and well-kept. The location of the hotel was lovely and it is very well connected by public transport. There is a metro station just 5 mins walk from the hotel.
