San Pietro Vatican Apartments

Great stay. Just what we needed and suited our group perfectly.

Pros: The apartment was excellent and well presented. Although the location was not central which was obviously reflected in the price, the Metro was approximately 100m away allowing quick and easy access into the city and the historical sites. The Metro uses a ‘tap on’/walk out system which is very convenient. Also it is not too far to stroll into the city past the Vatican if you need to get your steps in. A map of Rome is provided to help you get about and the host was very helpful pointing out local pubs, restaurants, cafes etc. The local restaurant has a good quality menu at reasonable prices for those who do not want to travel into the city.

Cons: We were a party of 7 adults, 3 couples and 1 single. There were multiple beds in two rooms and a sofa bed in the lounge so the composition of your group needs to be considered.

Pros: I highly recommend this apartment. It's a well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable apartment. The fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, separate bedrooms, living room, and balcony made a comfortable stay for six people. The metro station is right at the entrance to the building, along with numerous shops and cafes and a taxi stop nearby. Francesca, who took care of our entire stay, was wonderful, very helpful, and provided many valuable tips. Excellent communication, and smooth check-in and check-out were a breeze. I highly recommend it.

Pros: The localisation is perfect for visiting Rome and discovering this city. The apartment is very close to a fantastic restaurant, and if you're looking for a breakfast place, you can eat 100 m from this apartment.

Cons: Everything is well!

Family Holiday 9 people May25

Pros: The location was excellent, a short metro journey in to everything central, but with enough shops big and small to mean you didn't have to travel far for essentials. Very clean, spacious, air conditioning throughout which was very much appreciated in the May heat! Very helpful and friendly staff, we were staying across 2 apartments with 9 people, 2 children under 3, using the larger apartment for family meals every evening. It was well equipped for all we could need, even a washing machine and tumble dryer. We are already planning our next stay!

Pros: Francesca was extremely nice and approachable. We were welcomed really nicely. We arrived a little later than planned, as a rule we should have paid a fee for a late check in but she didn't charge us. They provided us with a parking space in the garage right next to the entrance to the apartment.

Cons: I would definitely recommend that guests be allowed to use a vacuum cleaner or perhaps a robot vacuum cleaner be made available so that the floor can be cleaned a little during the day, when traveling with children it is important to me that it is clean. one day we had no hot water, i.e. there was a problem with the boiler - but we managed to solve it somehow. the location, although a little tucked away from the main street, is still quite noisy - but very close to buses and the metro.

Relaxed vacations

Pros: Next to the metro station, supermarkets and pharmacies. Half an hour away from Fiumicino airport. Ten minutes away from Vatican museum. Very convenient for our group of families with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools to cook. Modern decoration and a big veranda to relax.

Cons: —

Great authentic location, away from main tourist areas but with very easy access to everything

Pros: Located 100 yards from the metro which was easy to tap in and out of, meaning access to all of the key interest points of the city was easy. Essentially in a residential area with a couple of great little restaurants nearby (and a coffee shop at the bottom of the building!) giving a real authenticity that’s lacking in the main tourist areas

Cons: We had a small issue with a faulty boiler which mean that two bathrooms were out of use at first… difficult given that as there were 8 of us, that was a key reason for selecting this property. Francesca did work hard to sort this quickly though, so in the end it was ok and this wouldn’t be a reason to drop our rating of the property

It was the perfect home away from home.

Pros: Deborah and Franchesca met us upon arriving their gate with a warm welcome! They handed us our keys after giving us a thorough orientation of the facilities of the property, the nearby areas, and how to go around Rome. They even provided us with helpful tips and advise on the best way to explore Rome! They were responsive to questions and queries through WhatsApp even before our arrival. The location was PERFECT as it was a few meters away from the Metro! There were two Carrefour grocery stores, pharmacies and coffee shops nearby.

Pros: Apartamens was really clean, spacious. We was 11 people there . 3 bathrooms was time saver. All equipments what we need was working.
