We had a weekend with our three adult children and their partners. The accommodation was perfect.

Pros: Very central - comfy beds. This is a great base for a large group of family or friends.

Cons: Nothing - the property is central, the host is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about Rome.

Good location and spacious accommodation

Pros: Fantastic experience! Agapi was an amazing host - super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Before our trip, she checked in with us to make sure we were all set, explained the apartment facilities, and even shared tips on navigating Rome. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for Agapi's hospitality and attention to detail

Cons: Areas for Improvement While the apartment was clean and the host Agapi was great, there were some limitations with the facilities. She did mention upfront that the water system couldn't handle all 4 showers running simultaneously, which was helpful to know. However, we also experienced a clogged toilet in one of the rooms. Additionally, the kitchen could benefit from better insulation. Overall, Agapi's transparency about the shower issue was appreciated, and hopefully the other issues can be addressed.

Pros: It’s a very big and nice apartment. It is very well furnished we really enjoyed from our time at her apartment. You have an access to all historical places by foot and public transports easily!

Pros: Agapi muy atenta y disponible en todo momento. Ubicación y amplitud.

Cons: Las duchas necesitan renovación, escalón demasiado alto. En un baño la manguera de la ducha salía casi del techo y era demasiado corta.

The apartment met all of our needs and we enjoyed our stay in Rome.

Pros: The location is good especially if you are arriving by train. Because our stay was over the Christmas/New Year holidays, the area was less busy than the historic center which was a plus. Check-in was easy; Agapi met us at the apartment. She was very responsive to all of our requests.

Cons: It was difficult to get hot water in the shower in the front bedroom. The other showers seemed to work good.

Modern appartement op goede locatie met behulpzame host.

Pros: De locatie vlakbij Termini is super. Het is een mooi en ruim appartement voorzien van moderne en smaakvolle inrichting. De gastvrouw is zeer behulpzaam.

Cons: Sommige zaken in de omschrijving zijn anders dan werkelijkheid. Zo is er geen direct zicht op de stad vanuit het appartement. Hiervoor moet je een verdieping hoger zijn op het dakterras. Ook is er geen hottub aanwezig, maar wel een badkuip met whirlpool. Er is geen privéparkeerplaats. Wel is er om de hoek een garage tegen betaling (€50 per dag) waar we tevreden over waren.
