Great choice for a stay near Termini

Pros: The location ia really great and the appartment is in the patio so you don't hear any of the noises on the street. The instructions to enter were very clear and the host very responsive during the stay. Very clean and I that you need for a stay in Rome. The police station is next door so even the street felt very safe at night.

Cons: The mattress was a bit hard and a machine outside was making noises all day - but it was on the living room side, not the bedroom side. If you close the windows it doesn't bother too much.

Pros: Good location, close to most attractions and the train station. The host is approachable and available.

Cons: It’s still quite warm in late September without an ac, it would have been nice if there were hand soap and shower gel

Pros: Great location for what we wanted to visit and good value for money

Cons: No Moka pot in the room, host did offer to bring us one the following morning but we declined the offer as we were leaving very early the second morning and would not have had time to use it. Also, no detachable element to the shower.

lovely place!

Pros: fabulous location near Termini rail station,great connections with buses,trains etc, alot of restaurants and cafés in the area. Air conditioning in flat,decent size,good and comfy bed, host was very friendly and helpful, lovely old fashioned building in good district.

Cons: flat was very boho and cool vibes,but it could use a lick of paint to spruce it up,otherwise really no complaints and if we ever visit Rome again, would definitely stay there again!

Alloggio ben organizzato a due passi dalla stazione Termini

Pros: Il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Ampia disponibilità da parte dell'host per le fasi di check-in e check-out. Ho trovato l'alloggio spazioso e pulito. Open space soggiorno cucina compatto e organizzato. Camera da letto classica ma dotata di tutti gli accessori. Bagno un po' piccolino ma anch'esso ben organizzato. Posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla stazione Termini. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Pros: Хозяин добродушный, передал ключи на месте в назначенное время. Прекрасное расположение, главные достопримечательности рядом (все в шаговой доступности), в Ватикан добраться можно на метро (до метро 250м.). Считаю лучшее соотношение цены и качества! Полноценная кухня, есть все принадлежности для приготовления пищи. Большое спасибо владельцу.
