Pros: Very clear instructions were sent on how to access the property, and we were able to check in early. As the room we had booked wasn't ready for early check-in, we were moved to another similar room, but one looking out directly onto Santa Maria la Maggiore, the views were fantastic! The external noise insulation was amazing - There's a very busy, noisy square directly outside the building, but you couldn't hear a sound once the windows were closed! The room itself was comfortable and clean, everything is very new and there is a kettle and fridge provided, which is always useful when travelling. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and a short walk from Termini station.

Cons: There was a horrible smell the whole time from the bathroom, coming from the pipes. This may have been a building-wide plumbing problem, as the smell was also downstairs in the entrance courtyard. We had to buy air freshener to mask the smell. Although the external noise was insulated exceptionally well, you could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms. This didn't bother us, but good to keep in mind for light sleepers.

Great room near Santa Maria Maggiore

Pros: Super location, clean and comfortable room with bathroom, located on the first floor with elevator,steps away form Santa Maria Maggiore, close to Termini.

Cons: Everything great but we had a choice of either the bigger room and bathroom but smaller bed or opposite. One would think to put bigger bed in the bigger room, that would make more sense.
