G&A Rome House

Pros: The place is fantastic, it is in a great convenient location close to the station and walking distance from main sightseeing and the building is super atmospheric - especially when you are first time in Rome, feels like you are in a movie! Hosts are lovely, very helpful, had no issues at all! And the view from the terrace is breathtaking!

Pros: Lovely place - the view is amazing and it is a perfect location. Tanja was very welcoming and was flexible with times to meet us. The apartment is very clean and cozy, and the kitchen was easy to use.

Cons: The shower temperature was a little temperamental meaning you needed to let it run for a while before it reaches a suitable temperature - this was very manageable though and didn’t cause any issues.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de tous les transports (train, métro, bus, taxi), ce qui rend les visites très simples. Le vrai plus : la terrasse avec sa vue magnifique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Soggiorno fantastico! Tanja e Francesco sono stati molto accoglienti e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. L'appartamento è centrale, vicino a tutti i trasporti (stazione, metro, bus) e la vista dalla terrazza è bellissima. Lo raccomandiamo vivamente! Highly recommended! The highlight was definitely the small terrace with its stunning view. A perfect base to explore Rome!

Pros: Como, con lo necesario para una estadía de 4 días, cerca de todo, pudimos recorrer todo a pie, a media hora caminando del Vaticano. Cerca de la estación de buses y de trenes. Los anfitriones excelentes. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad y amabilidad

Great place for short and longer stays with an amazing view.

Pros: Own private terrace with an amazing view. The apartment had everything one would need. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very close to the train station and the city center.

Great location & view

Pros: Excellent location with easy access to public transportation and key sights within walking distance. Also lots of restaurants and shops nearby including a great large grocery store. The roof terrace is other primary reason for selecting this apartment. Great sunset views and nice to be able.to sit outside and enjoy the view of the city. The apartment itself is small, but well outfitted and has everything you need. The owners even stocked coffee and sweets and some drinks/water. Nice touch! Past that, Tanja and Francesci were super nice and there to help in any way. Great communication and quick responses.

Cons: Since it is a rooftop apartment with a slope down to one side of the apartment, it is a bit challenging to move around at times and despite knowing where all the beams are, you end up hitting your head a lot. Given how spotless and clean the apartment was overall, we were surprised to find that the dishes and pots and pans in the cabinets were dirty from previous renters not washing them well. We had to wash everything since there was old oil left in some pans and dried food stuck to some utensils. The glasses and plates also had grease spots and food residue on them. Not a big deal in the big picture given how nice everything else was, but surprising and annoying at first and the main reason why we didn't give a 9 or 10 rating.

Cons: Al ser abuardillado en algunos lugares tenías que andar agachado.

Pros: Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. La struttura carina davvero con un panorama che dà sulla basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore e sulla città.
