Pros: The location was really nice and the appartement was very spacious. I appreciate the fact that they left us everything we needed.

Cons: The water heater didnt work properly and the Coffee pots were not clean

Pros: Everything was excellent!! Location cleanness room sizes!! P.S. just one minus like in Italy, hot water was enough for max 2 person. We were six. Boiler needed to recharge. thank you

Soggiorno abbastanza piacevole, ma servirebbe una migliore manutenzione.

Pros: La posizione era davvero ottima, la struttura accogliente e i proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Cons: Servirebbe un po’ più di attenzione nella manutenzione, per esempio cambiare le lampadine in quanto la luce era davvero debole, o aggiustare la porta e le tapparelle. Tutto sommato il nostro soggiorno è stato abbastanza piacevole.

Pros: Assolutamente la pronta disponibilità dei gestori e la versatilità in base alle richieste. La posizione perfetta, l'appartamento super bellissimo

Cons: Dovrebbe essere rivista in parte la pulizia del bagno e la cura dell'impianto di illuminazione, c'erano 3 lampade non funzionanti

Soggiorno con vista sul Colosseo

Pros: Posizione centralissima, bus sotto casa, metro a qualche minuto. Check-in senza problemi di modalità ed orario. Spiegazioni complete e chiare.

Cons: Materiale da bagno assente, accessori bagno da sistemare (doccia), impianto elettrico da sistemare (prese e luci). Piccoli interventi che cambiamo di molto la percezione di confort.

Prima voor een kort verblijf

Pros: De centrale ligging, de behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid van de host, de bedden. Klein supermarktje om de hoek.

Cons: De schoonmaak kan beter, met name de douche en keukengerei. De bank was erg ingezakt, zodat we alleen op de eethoek stoelen zaten.

Cons: La cocina excesivamente pequeña, sin encimera para trabajar. El frigorífico pequeño y sin cajones o estantes. Le faltaba bastante mantenimiento, muchas luces no funcionaban

Pros: Gutes Apartment in einer Top Lage. Etwas mehr als 5 Gehminuten vom Colosseum entfernt. Mehrere Restaurants in direkter Nähe. 2 Mini Market direkt neben der Wohnung. Auch die Anbindung an öV ist gut. Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Preis/ Leistung-Verhältnis ausgezeichnet. Sehr gerne wieder!

Pros: Appartement spacieux, deux vraies chambres Très bonne localisation Bonne gestion des arrivée/départ même si nous n'avons vu personne.

Cons: Ne pas hésiter à emmener des boules quies car les voitures dans la rue sont sur des pavés (probablement le cas un peu partout à Rome)
