City centre apartment allowed us to go anywhere with walking distance of around 20min. Great place!

Nice apartment at a great location

Pros: Excellent location, walkable to many sights, for far locations bus station is just across the street. Couple of good supermarkets less than 5 minutes away. Property is easy to find, self-checkin process easy to follow. Property is very clean with good central heating. View from the apartment is stunning.

Cons: Bed a little too small for an adult couple. The bedroom is on the side of the square and pretty noisy street, but nothing that a regular ear plugs couldn't solve. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, so I suggest to fix it as soon as possible, because it looks like it is like that for a while. Other than that, everything was great.

Enjoyable but could be better

Pros: Location was perfect, everything in Rome was walkable from the door. Loved Rome. There are 2 supermarkets on the piazza, 2 minutes from the property, so easy to self cater, I preferred Penny due to the bakery bread. And there’s a superb trattoria just outside, Tonnerelli with the best pasta and staff, you can watch them out the window, In the property I felt safe and secure. The property was easy to find using the instructions. The property was very clean and I appreciated control of the heating and it kept a good warm temperature given it was January. I particularly felt comfortable in the kitchen area which felt homely. There was plenty of hot water for the shower and one set of quality towels for me. I had a lovely stay but there are a few relatively small improvements the owner could make to really enhance the experience.

Cons: So the bed, not the best it felt more like camping, the pillows kept falling down the gap at the back because of the bed being drop down. It worked because I was alone but I’m not sure why there is not a quality proper bed, this would make all the difference . The bedroom /living area was very light at night and also very noisy with traffic noise, the piazza has constant traffic. There was no other seating in the living area other than a sort of bench bed which was ok but not ideal. The kitchen was a great space with cooker, microwave and hob plus full size fridge and coffee machine but there was not anything small to cook in, for instance a small pan in which to boil an egg, or cook pasta or a small bowl to use in the microwave, I got round this by making scrambled egg in the frying pan. I drank wine out of a mug, not wishing to use flutes or big gin glasses. None of this is major, but little things that could really enhance the experience of the property.

Beautiful apartment on a great location.

Pros: The location, big, beautiful, clean apartment. It’s warm inside. Big plus that the host has a coffee machine and capsules. The view is stunning.

Cons: If you are a light sleeper it’s a little noisy outside so bring earplugs but it didn’t bother us so we slept good.

Delightful stay in Rome with stunning view

Pros: Great location with stunning view of the church. Spacious apartment with plenty of room.

Central and clean

Pros: A very nice, spacious, and clean flat overlooking the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. Also very close to Termini station. Communication with the owners is perfect. There is a coffee machine and free coffee. I enjoyed every single moment of my three night stay. Thank you very much!

Pros: Fantastic location, the apartment was quite big and the price was unbeatable. Our flat was facing the Basilica, so close that you can say hi to people in the line from there :) Plus there was a bar right next the building with amazing food.

Pros: Clean and great location. Lift in premises. Quite roomy. Staff very responsive and provided clear instructions for access.

Cons: Toilet flush not working intermittently. Would get stuck and either not flush or run water continuously. We only booked for one night so didn’t bother contacting staff about this issue.

Pros: Clear and understandable check-in instructions. Location of the apartement is great, Colosseum and train station are just a short walk away. View from the windows is amazing. The apartement is modern, cozy and home-like. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: It can be a bit noisy due to the traffic from the street, but it gets a bit quieter during the night so you can have a good night's sleep. Some parts of the apartement could use a little refreshment (scratches / stains on the wall; soap dispensers in the kitchen looked a bit old and worn out; the sponge was also quite old). But these weren't major issues and didn't really affect the overall experience.
