Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this apartment. From the moment we arrived everything was clean, well-organized and exactly as described. The apartment was cozy, spacious with modern furnishings. The location was ideal - close to restaurants, public transport and the most important just a short, pleasant walk to St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museums! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to answer questions and help. I truly appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I am already looking forward to coming back!

Pros: The property is modern , spacious , small fridge and coffe maker. Bathroom is huge Is walking distnace from St Peter basilica , a lot of restaurant outside the property, nearby fgrocery and also near the metro

Pros: Apartment was modern, clean and comfortable with a particularly good bathroom and shower. It is well located close to the Vatican and also within walking distance of most of the other sites. There are numerous good restaurants in the vicinity. The communication from the host, Federico, was excellent as were his suggestions on where to eat so we had a fabulous time in Rome.

Pros: Brand-new rooms, very clean and comfortable. Our stay was excellent. The location is very good, as it is pretty close to the Vatican City and to the metro station. Mr. Federico was very kind and I would absolutely recommend this apartment. If we visit Rome in the future, I will surely choose lilium suites again!

Excellent location and quiet at night.

Pros: Excellent location 5 mins to St Peter’s and close to other attractions. Very quiet inner courtyard with lots of other apartments but you can’t hear any road noise, even though it’s in a busy area. High ceiling so felt roomy.

Cons: Good value for Rome.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Lilium Suites! The apartment was spotless — everything was truly new and freshly renovated. The bathroom was spacious, and the bedroom was also large and very comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Vatican. Federico, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Tutto meraviglioso vicino a Vaticano e bene collegato con metro A e con bus.

Pros: Federico molto gentile mi ha contattato per confermare l’orario di arrivo molto disponibile. Stanza nuova bella minimalista con tutto il necessario+ frigo con acqua ,coca cola,biscotti ,macchina caffè con capsule tutto offerte .

Pros: Beste Lage genau zwischen Petersplatz und Sixtinischer Kapelle. So macht früh aufstehen Spaß Erst ein Kaffee im Zimmer, dann um sechs Uhr raus in die Warteschlange. Bus und Metro sind genau so schnell zu erreichen. Der Aufzug ist tiptop, die Gemeinschaftsküche groß und der Eigentümer Federico gibt gerne Tipps und Infos. Die Wohnung ist frisch restauriert und sauber, neben dem Bett gibt's Steck- und Ladedosen. Die Heizungen wärmen Zimmer und Bad schnell. Tägliche Reinigung.

In centro a Roma

Pros: Ottima soluzione per chi desidera un punto d’appoggio centrale, grande disponibilità da parte dello staff e livello di pulizia alto. Alla prossima!
