Pros: Great location right next st Peters square and walkable to most attractions, great parking outside at only 8 euros per 24hrs amazing in city centre. really clean and enough space for 2 adults and 2 children , great restaurant right next door .

Cons: all was good might be a bit cramped for a family of 4 for a week but great for few nights.

We loved staying at the hotel and once again single out Marina, the manager, as its true gem!

Pros: The location, though not in the busier central district, was excellent. The rooms (we booked two) were clean, comfortable and totally met our needs. The star of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel manager, Marina, who was always available and took care of our every need, question, and problem (ex. Not knowing how the AC thermostat worked). When she wasn't at hand, she gave us her cell phone number to stay connected. We have never received this kind of care and attention anywhere else that we experienced with Marina.

Very kind owner

Pros: The owner of this hotel is extremely kind and helpful. When we checked in, she gave us useful information around the area. During our stay, I caught a cold and still had a fever on the day of check-out. She allowed me to stay in the room till 14:30 since our flight was 18:30 pm. I was really sick, so I appreciated a lot for her kindness. We left 20€ to express our gratitude, but she didn't even ask us to pay for extra because she knew I was unwell. Room cleaning service was everyday. New water bottle and snacks/sweets were replenished everyday as well.

Comfortable

Pros: The hotel is centrally located. It's within walking distance of everywhere. I stayed with my family for 2 nights. Everything was clean. The rooms of an apartment are rented out. The room we stayed in was for 3 people. The single bed was not very comfortable.

Excellent location for Rome, close to Metro and minutes walk to the Vatican.

Pros: The location, Marina the host was lovely. Room was vey clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Cons: Only one tiny niggle. The paper cups leaked, would have prefered a china cup

Pros: The location is perfect, the accommodation exceeded my expectations and the owner is super Lovely she took her time to explain to us everything about the city, where to go and gave us a map.

Cons: To be honest I loved everything about this place!

Fantastic stay!

Pros: The appartment is an absolute joy to stay. It is next to the vatican. It is super clean. De airco works perfectly and the beds are absolutely comfortable. The host (Marina) is an amazing person and a absolute professional. She pointed us all the right spots in terms of food/restaurants, parking etc. As we made a mistake by bringing the roomkeys with us, she even came up and picked up the keys from our next stay. We recommend the place a thousand times.

Perfect

Pros: Aircond was superb especially in the summer! Location was good as well, around 5 minutes walk from metro station. Receptionist was friendly too so highly recommend!
