Pros: Perfect location and not fancy but great value. Very comfortable bed and welcoming host (even though we arrived late!)

All in all a very good stay and very positive experience with the host. Breakfast not worth including though. Good locat

Pros: First of all; the location was just about perfect - close to the Vatican, metro, restaurants, shops, etc. Communication with the host was via WhatsApp and he replied promptly and was always very helpful. The room is, in my opinion, very good value for money.

Cons: The only negative we experienced was the breakfast. There is no breakfast on site. If breakfast is included in your booking, be advised, that it will be in the form of vouchers to a local café and consists of a cappuccino and a croissant. However, it was our experience, that the café did not fully honour the coupons and told us that we could only have the cappuccino and not the croissant. Since our part consisted of two adults and two children, we didn’t feel that the breakfast was adequate, as only one of us was a coffee drinker. The restaurant would not offer juice or tea as an alternative. We ended up buying breakfast elsewhere, as the restaurant staff were utterly inflexible and would not honour the coupons from the hotel.

Excellent stay. Very good value for money especially for families.

Pros: Very near the Vatican. Also right in the middle of the shopping district in Rome. A few minutes from the metro. Family friendly. We have a pre teen and a toddler and we were able to stay comfortably.

Very good!

Pros: Spacious, clean, good energy from the host and well functioning air conditioning. We also could keep our bags after the stay and the host was really communicative and helpful! Worth to stay!

Cons: I think additional fan to air conditioning in the room would be great.
