Central stay next to Vatican City.

Pros: Rooms in a central neighborhood; very close to San Pietro; independent room in a very furnished apartment. Comfy bed, little window on a busy central street. Value for money.

Cons: Not much interaction with owner.

This B&B was comfortable, clean and the location was perfect for what we needed.

Pros: The room was very clean and it has a functional elevator. Every morning there was a minimal cleaning service which was more than enough for what we needed. The location was easy to find and within walking distance to most café's, restaurants and the Vatican and Vatican museum. The other iconic sights in Rome were a little further but easy access with their buss or train systems, the bus stops were close to the apartment. This B&B was perfect for our stay in Rome and I highly recommend it.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about this B&B.

Pros: The room was beautiful, spotless and cleaned daily. Towels were also changed once during our one-week stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is perfect- just a short walk from the Vatican and the Ottaviano metro station, with easy access to bridges leading into the city centre.

Great location

Pros: Ideal location. Seamless self check-in and check-out.

Cons: The room is quite basic, and the bathroom is in need of a renovation.

Cozy and amazing location

Pros: Very good location 10min walk from Vatican. 20min from city center. Very nice and quiet building. It has an elevator so you don’t need to walk up/down the stairs. Very friendly and responsive host.

Very clean and reasonably priced

Pros: Situated on a fantastic road - lots of lovely (expensive!) shops and reasonably-priced restaurants. We were able to do self-check-in, which meant we could arrive any time. Beds were really comfy and room was spotlessly clean. Lots of wardrobe space with plenty of hangers. There was a communal room with fridge, kettle and sink. Bins in room emptied every day. Very reasonably priced.

Cons: Self-check-in meant some guests arrived on our last night at midnight, then went to their room and talked at the top of their voices for 15 mins. Then doorbell rang twice at 1.30am! We ran out of loo roll on the last day! Managed to scrabble around to find some ends of rolls in cupboard in communal room.

Pros: Location is excellent, host Matteo is always available to help. We felt safe and had good sleep.

Happy with everything

Pros: Location, helpful flexible host allowing us to check in early. Sunny, bright room.

Cons: Bathroom is little.

Nice stay

Pros: It has courtyard in between, near vatican, bus stand etc are close by, good neighbourhood , good living room, with coffee, and toaster, hair dryer, towels

Cons: Microwave could have been provided

It is exactly what you need!

Pros: The location is supreme!!! A few meters away from Vatican, close to metro/bus/taxi station, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is quite spacious and convenient.
